I ordered three trays for a friend who was hosting family after a funeral. It took a little doing with the girl on the phone to get my order correct, she was clearly frustrated with me trying to understand what came with what while trying to satisfy a large crowd, but to the best of my knowledge, after I dropped the trays off, all was well. My friend would never tell me if it wasn’t regardless. I went back about a month and a half later because I had family (who always look forward to hoagies) in from out of town. 6 hoagies, upwards of $130, and needless to say, I was disappointed by the lack of meat and I agree with many about the tough rolls. I have attached an example. As far as tipping, I’m all about tipping well, my kids all worked in restaurants, but between both visits averaging about $400, I placed the order, I picked up, I made multiple trips to my car for the multi-tray order, (no one offered to assist or even hold the door) and there’s nothing inexpensive about Primos whatsoever, so suggesting tips that rival full-service restaurants does not sit well and then I unwrap this anemic hoagie? Two weeks ago, a client sent a tray to work, they were pretty anemic too. All came from Dresher. I’m bummed. My family used to really look forward to Primos. It was a bid deal to splurge because they truly stood out when they first got started, but you do not get what you pay for anymore. I was hesitant to post this but in reading the reviews, I’ve noticed a pattern - some rudeness/not stellar customer service, tough rolls, lack of meat, and pricey. I did sign up for perks, going to use my well-earned $10 and see if they can redeem themselves. If not, I’ll just call it a day. Stay tuned.

The hoagie on the left is Dresher primo the hoagie $16.00 on right is another store’s primo location sandwich. (Not my photo) but what a primo sandwich should look like. I am trying to understand why this location skimps on the meat, there is clearly something wrong ARE we trying to save money? If I want bread and vegetables , I would just go to The supermarket and buy bread and vegetables, I am telling you all go elsewhere! This location is just the worst!!

Had another great taste experience of the authentic Philly cheese steak hoagie. Steak meat was juicy and tender. Hoagie bread tasted awesome as expected in Philadelphia. Amazing! Included ketchup and mayo in it. There are also many side dishes available such as Coleslaw. -------------------- 오리지날 필라델피아 호기맛의 비밀은 빵맛에 있다.

I tried to give this location a second chance but my experience was still disappointing. Ordered two hoagies, the Primo sized Corned beef and the Primo Augie, with roast beef and turkey. The bread was remarkably stale. It wasn't just crusty, it was hard and stale. The toppings were good and consistented of lettuce cheese peepers onions and pickles. But for $15/a sandwich, it could've had more meat. The amount of meat was miniscule. Also, part of the order was wrong, I asked that the Russian dressing and Cole slaw be placed o on the side and they completely forgot to put them in the bag. For $30 for two sandwiches, they need to be exceptional. This place seems to have gone down in quality since being taken over by new management. I'm so disappointed by the quality of the food.

Update: since my original review, I've tried Lee's Hoagie House in Abington and WOW! Waaaaaay better than this Primo location on. Bigger, fresher, more authentic Philly-style sandwiches and $2.00 less...

Not great service today. Placed an order over the phone for take out. After picking up the food and driving to my customers office, I discovered an error had been made with my order. I ordered two Italian sandwiches and two tuna. I received two tuna sandwiches and two turkey Diablo. After calling to get the matter cleared up I was told they would deliver the two Italian sandwiches (what would be expected) but required a return of the turkey sandwiches. Why??? Its trash. Told the manager Brittany insisted. I have been a rep in the pharmaceutical industry for over 30 years ordering lunches to conduct my business about a quarter of that time. In all of those years I have never had a business inconvenience and embarrassed me to the extent done today. Bad judgment to...
