First let me say, Nutrisystem food is not terrible, but it is diet food, super processed, and extremely small portions; just ok. My complaint is their shady business practices. When I first signed up, I set up auto-delivery for a discount. They auto delivered my first order on a date I chose. I was sent a “Time is Running Out to Make Changes to Your Order” email about 1 day prior to the order being shipped. I did make changes but still did not get the food I ordered. I called and they did send me the food I wanted but warned me that I must make the changes in a timely manner because I did receive the “Time is Running Out to Make Changes to Your Order” email. They further warned I would not be privy to getting what I ordered again if this happened in future deliveries. I told them I did make changes when I got the email, and I could not understand why the items I ordered online were different from what was shipped. They ignored that part and attributed it to me not ordering properly (I know what I ordered and ordered correctly). Anyhow, for the second order delivery I was able to go in and put a date of when I wanted the order. I got the “Time is Running Out to Make Changes to Your Order” email about 1 day prior and checked to make sure everything I ordered was correct, then I took screenshots so I could match and verify when order was received. This time the order was correct, both frozen and non-perishable items. At this time, I wanted to take a break from Nutrisystem, so I called on 5/31/23 to cancel auto deliveries until I was ready to resume. I told the rep I wanted to cancel and did not want to receive another order. She told me my third order t was already on the way, even though I hadn’t specified a date as I did the previous two orders and I had not received the “Time is Running Out to Make Changes to Your Order” email. She told me I had to wait to receive this shipment and that I needed to call back once I got the shipment to get an RMA number. She told me I would be refunded then and only then. So, once I received the order, I called back to get the RMA number. I was told by this rep that I would only be reimbursed $77, and I had to pay for the shipping to boot. This is where they are running the scam. They protected themselves by sending the “Time is Running Out to Make Changes to Your Order” email to make sure they don’t have to send you the correct items. However, when an individual wants to cancel, they rush the order out the door without giving you the benefit of choosing a date or a “Time is Running Out to Make Changes to Your Order” email. And further, they will refund you far less than half the cost of the items, even though you must pay for shipping. So, the package total was $324.46, they were only refunding me $77 and charging some $250 restocking fee. After that I just decided I’d keep the food at least I wouldn’t be totally ripped off. As a result, I will not patronize Nutrisystem again. Several people have asked me how it was, I advised them against it and will continue to do so via posting my true story to my Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts and hope it reaches many people so they don’t fall victim to this scam. ...

First...The Food is good nothing bad to say about that... The Management system sucks! Very poor Management system! I started the Diet in February for me and my partner $700 in food...2 weeks into the Diet my other half slacks off and didn't want to do it anymore he said he was starving himself and with his job doing construction i can understand its hard to eat the food they give u because u need an oven or microwave...but anyway it was what it WAS...so i had plenty of frozen food and snacks and the 2 Turbo take off boxes...i get a email to let me know my next shipment was getting processed...so i call the next business day to cancel the one membership and to postpone my shipment for me becouse i was going to continue with the diet after i ate all this food that i had...well several days later on a Friday there is a large white box on my step with frozen food...so i call and of course that department is closed so i waited until monday and i called and i spoke with a lady and she apologized and told me to send it back and she gave me Fed Xs contact info...well tues another package comes and they never took the frozen food box..anyways both boxes got shipped back and i waited over a month for my $370 refund on my credit card...i called several times...well guess what i got my refund of $160... so i called this past week and i was told that There is no refunds on frozen FOOD...why was i not told this from the first time i called?? I got no where on a full refund....If i was told this i would have kept the frozen FOOD!! So beware they are SCAMS and take your money...I am very disappointed and i am trying to leave another...

I cannot say enough about the ways Nutrisystem has changed my life for the better. I LOST 30 POUNDS IN 3 MONTHS and have never felt better. I've also kept the weight off for 2 years!!! From the moment the food arrived at my door, I was super excited to start my weight loss journey. The color-coded food made it so easy to organize and it all looked sooooo mouth-watering delicious. Nutrisystem taught me how to eat properly with delicious, portion-sized meals that filled my belly and keep me feeling full. I lost 4.5 lbs in the very first week! The foods you CRAVE are all on this plan. You will enjoy foods like pizza, pasta, soups, popcorn, chocolate muffins, mac & cheese, and chocolate covered pretzels. The list goes on and on! Just wait until you try the shakes . . .Best I've ever had! Nutrisystem never leaves you hanging. The employees, staff, and customer reps are always there to answer your calls, give advice, and process/change your order. You can also link up with Nutrisystem's many social media pages to see other success stories and share tips, tricks and delicious recipes. Since losing the weight, my energy has skyrocketed and now I can join my kids/husband on a bike ride, boogie boarding, zip-lining, kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding without slowing them down. I've tried other weight loss plans with absolutely no success. I am proud to say that Nutrisystem is a confidence booster. I not only look good on the outside, but I feel GREAT on the inside. I am so thankful for Nutrisystem and for all the ways it has made me a happier, healthier person. I am forever...
