Ordered online two 12" sandwiches and received two 6" sandwiches instead. Of course this wasn't noticed until my wife brought it home for dinner. The meatball sub literally looks like someone sat on it with 2.5 meatballs in it. Called to try to get a refund for the 6" of both sandwiches we didn't received and were told they can't do a refund over the phone but would offer to have sandwiches to replace it. Surely not wasting time or money to drive back. What a joke this place should be ashamed of the order they put out. Terrible service.
Update: I also submitted this review on Subway's website. The store owner emailed back and advised I can have a cash refund at the store or a gift card mailed. I went in and picked up the gas refund. I was also provided a coupon for a free 6" sandwich. It's at least good to see the owner make things right. Still doesn't change the experience I had. I ordered two sandwiches, one for me (Italian BMT) and one for my mom (Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki). Both footlong.
I was just getting to the second half when my mom tells me there's a fly dying in her sandwich, which was a mess to begin with. So she's wrapping it all back up and sadly, I never got a picture. We both threw away what was left of our orders.
I reached out and all I got was a "We're sorry about your experience and we look forward to serving you in the future." As if.

Read moreGREAT PLACE!!! The new owners are very friendly, and the hoagies are made very well!!! This Subway has some bad reviews in the past - rude staff, closing early all the time, dirty bathrooms.. But the new owners are SUPERB!! They are open when they are supposed to be open, the restaurant is clean, the bathrooms are sparkling and fresh, and the food is great!! I have been here a few times in the past few months, and the owner and his son (I think) are always very nice and make me feel like a valued customer!! I purchased 4 hoagies tonight, which were ready to go when I arrived.. As I picked up the bag, the handle ripped.. The owner apologized, offered to re-bag the sandwiches, and also gave me 2 free cookies for my 'trouble'... Great customer service!!! And again, VERY NICE PEOPLE!!! I will DEFINITELY give this Subway location my business again!!!...
