What happened????
Let me first start off by saying they normally have great food! My number 1 spot for a cheese steak! They have/had?? a great marinara sauce that has a little spice to it. There cheese steaks are normally done right with the cheese and sauce throughout the meat. Amazing soft buns… Greasy!
Now onto today 💀
The sauce is liquid water, no spice but a metric ton of smoke flavoring added. Who puts liquid smoke in a sauce like this? It was horrible (can’t stress this enough). Now onto the meat and cheese… over cooked to death, dry and hard. The cheese was just on the bun sadly but normal at least. Luckily they didn’t put the sauce on the meat, they put it on the side (why tho?) Also the loaded fries didn’t have the ranch they were supposed to come with but I have two containers of sour cream… ???
So I guess never come on a Saturday. However just last Wednesday I had one of the best cheese steaks of my life from here. How is this even possible? (Sauce and cheese was mixed throughout the greasy meat. Cooked right. Sauce was sweet with a little kick. Roll was soft as can be)
If a manager reads this you really need consistency in your food! And whoever cooked today should not be anywhere near the kitchen and that liquid smoke needs to be kept locked up. Seriously awful food today from an otherwise great...
Read moreThis place used to be great! Like many others, with the quick increase of inflation and increasingly high cost of food lately, this one too has gone downhill. After today, we go back no more! First off, the tables were dirty and had to request for ours to be wiped off. They only had one girl running the bar and waiting on tables. Which were kept on the back burner the entire time we were there. She delivered the appetizer. Eventually a second female showed up with our pizza. We ordered the potato skins as an app, priced at $7.99, we got 4 lousy little half potatoes in a huge basket that made them look like tater tots with cheese on them. That was $2 per skin. You get 8 at Texas Roadhouse for one more dollar and they're big! We also ordered an 18" pepperoni pizza. The pie hardly had much pepperoni on it and the topping upcharge was $5.50. Thank goodness we only drank water. Dinner for 2 cost $40 including tax and top for a pizza and 4 puny potato skins. I remember a time when going out to eat used to be such a treat, something to look forward to at the end of a hard work week, but poor business management practices and corporate greed have turned it into a complete disappointment and waste of money! Read moreWe walked in and were told to go in the dining room with no instruction if we were supposed to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. we finally just sat down and then waited for someone to realize we were there. Once our waitress came over, she didnt introduce herself the first thing out of her mouth was "did you guys go to bacon fest" which she then talked about for 2 minutes just to walk away without asking if we wanted drinks. when she did come back to take our drink order, she never brought us a coke and water that we ordered, we asked twice for the coke and had to get up and go to the bar to ask for the water a 3rd time. once we got our food she never once came back to ask how it was until we were all finished and we had to ask her for refills on drinks also after we were done eating because she never checked in on us. once she cleared our table we sat there probably for 30-40 minutes waiting for our check when at that point we just wanted to leave. the food was below average too for the price. our group of friends wont be going back. considering there were all of about 5 tables in the place it wasnt busy or the awful service MIGHT have been...
