SUPER DISAPPOINTED! We have ordered from this particular Lees often and the last two times the order was wrong! I never called the first time as I understand things happen from time to time but tonight we ordered delivery and my hoagie was wrong. We specifically said what we wanted and did not want on the hoagie two different times to be sure it would be correct.I called the store as we got it delivered and asked to talk to a manager..They put a “Closer” on and I explained the situation and he immediately said no I don’t think we put mayo on it. There is clearly mayo on it. He was super rude, super dismissive and never once apologized! He said, “Lady I don’t know what you want me to do?” As he was speaking to me another employee was screaming in the background, “Lady we gotta close the store?” It wasn’t even closing time and who screams at a customer! I NEVER write bad reviews but the way I was spoken to was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! He didn’t even credit my credit card for the hoagie..he said he would put a credit next time I order which I never will again! We have spent a ton of money at this location over time and I cannot believe you allow your employees to speak this way...
Read moreTypically I do not write nor complain about anything...I just don't give them my business. However, in this instance I'm going to make an exception. I've been patronizing this particular location for a few years now. Generally, I go in the evening for take-out and occasionally I stay and eat-in. I try not to go there when the gentleman Allan is there because on a few occasions he's been somewhat curt in exchanges, so I limit my exposure. The last time i was there which was about a week ago, I noticed their price-points and what one got for said price. I purchased a sandwich in the mid-price point range and was disappointed in the product. IMHO, there was no recognizable difference between the lower priced sandwich (as described by the young man who took my order) and the one I purchased. Needless to say, their prices are high as compared to places of a similar ilk (Slack's). That in addition to me having to limit the times that I go there in order to try and avoid the guy named Allan...I'm afraid I'll have to divest myself from patronizing this particular establishment and as such I don't think I in good conscious would recommend this particular...
Read moreI've been going here for months, maybe for half a year visiting multiple times per month, and the person with the glasses still cannot recognize who I am. Not a big issue, I can understand, he has 1000 regular customers, not everyone has a good memory. But today I called and he rushed me on the phone and then slammed it and cut me off. I'm guessing he was stressed out, he had a lot going on? It's not my problem or the problem of any customer, though, is it? I go in, he can't recognize me although he's seen me 10 times already so I give him my number, that's the only thing he asked for on the phone. "Do you have a name?" he sarcastically says. I don't know if I caught him in a bad day? But that pretty much settled it... I am no longer going to this place again. Act like an adult, learn to manage your stress, every one of us has stress, and treat people with some respect, especially those going to your business regularly when they have so many other options! Otherwise get out of the industry. Read the other reviews here for more of this as I'm not alone with this guy's behavior. Take care...
