Less of a problem with the pizza. And more so the service. This was my mom's first time ordering Domino's in a year. So she was a little slow on the app and the whole curbside pickup. So I helped her place her order. And rode with her to pick up the Pizza. When we got there there was a sign on the door saying to "check in" on the app and turn on our hazards for service. So I got on the app and could not figure out where the "check in" was. So my mom just decided to call into the store on. The phone. That is when a girl we believe is named Andrea answered the phone. My mom explained that we could not figure out how to check in. But gave our info to the girl. Who very rudely said in a nasty tone "Well the instructions are On the sign. Like yeah we can comprehend the sign. But it doesn't help when the app is literally not working correctly. So maybe get rid of the attitude. Also our pizza very clearly did not have double cheese. As was requested and paid for. Over all not a...
Read moreWish I would have looked at the reviews before I tried to order from this location. It took over an hour, then I had to call to be put on hold for another 30 minutes for no one to answer me. I was told they couldn’t find the address. There is only one street with this name. The General Manager couldn’t speak to me because another employee got into an argument with a customer!!!!! I was told it would be another 50 minutes for a new pizza to be sent out and my money couldn’t be refunded as well. I’m a General Manager at a restaurant and if it’s worth you losing business to treat people like your management does, no wonder your employees are fighting with customers. I would never put my staff in a position to tell a customer they’re not allowed to give out my name as the GM that runs the store! Don’t be a coward if you’re running your restaurant...
Read moreWe ordered two medium pizzas for carry out, and when I arrived to pick up the pizzas it was quite awkward to say the least, the employee didn't say a single word, just assumed the two Medium pizzas were what I ordered. He didn't say anything to me at all, nothing about my order, the total, or even a simple hello or good bye. It's as if he were a mute. I mean if he were then. I'm glad to see the store letting handicap people prove they can work also, but for some reason I'm pretty sure I was just dealing with a rude and unperfessional employee..Thank God the pizzas were what I ordered. SOMEONE SHOULD REALLY CONSIDER GOING INTO THE URBANA STORE AND RETRAIN THE EMPLOYEES ON BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I've dealt with strippers who have shown better customer service skills than this store and that's even during two for...
