Okay, let us first start when we walked through the entrance to the building. Outside were 2 employees smoking, which overall looks poor on its own. We waited then for about 15 minutes to get a seat, and there was plenty of space to seat a group of 4, but staff just kept walking about like zombies. A family with 2 young boys left trash and food everywhere, and someone came by and swept it under the booth. Also I am pretty sure the tiles here weren't manufactured the off white/brown/black caked with crap. It was obvious they didn't care since it was rush hour and only a blonde server (Candy I think her name was, she handled the section close to the entrance) was seriously the only one who was working. She welcomed us, and made sure the table was cleaned off, she was also covering for mostly every other server (5 others) while keeping the people happy, was cleaning off tables, seating more people, and got people their orders after our server Hayven screwed them up (Hayven I'll get back to, but she looked like she was either hungover, or on something). As far as I am concerned Candy was doing a spectacular job and deserves better.
Now to ordering our food and drinks. One of us ordered a drink in a to-go cup, for we were on the road, and it was a convenient option for both server named Hayven, and us. We were mid order and she started writing our order on her hand! Like seriously, her hand? Did they run out of notebooks or something? We finished the order, waited while about 5 other servers moved our tray over to get to theirs. Them moving it was approximately 45 minutes of waiting, heck our server Hayven moved it 3 times! Then she proceeded to not pick it up, and messed around with miscellaneous tasks, and moved someone's cleaning supplies 2 times. Then a table that came after us got their wrong order due to Hayven, and got up and left. When we finally got our food, it was cold and 2 orders were missing, and another was wrong. A Jamaican Jerk wasn't even the right burger, my milkshake was non existent for 20 minutes, until we confronted the manager who had strutted out from his hiding place in a purple tux. After a while he brought out the right burger, guess what it was - cold. He said it was written up wrong (due to Hayven writing it on her hand).
We ate a little of the food, needless to say we didn't tip even a penny. After this I would never, and I mean NEVER would recommend this place to anybody, not even someone I wish ill of. Trust me, don't waste your time here at all, you might as well just wait and get expired rest stop food...

Read moreI just quit after working with the company for 7 years. I never once received a raise nor was I ever thanked for my hard work while the rest of the staff around me consistently was negligent to customers and their duties.
I did the work of 5 employees while other servers would walk through the restaurant texting and talking on their phones. Consistently employees would bicker and complain about who's responsibility it was to do simply tasks and on a number of occasions I had to enforce the fact that servers were responsible for all customers seated in their section no matter their race or language barriers.
When I asked for more compensation for the extra work I was doing after 7 years with the company my management literally laughed in my face and told me that because of my title (not my work ethic) I was not entitled to a raise with this company.
Plus they have a fly infestation that they haven't properly dealt with for months. Look closely on the red walls, especially located around the service station and you'll notice many little black dots where baby flies have settled. The solution was to keep the ice bin closed so they don't get in there....
