Waited over 25 mins for one slice of pizza with my son because they accidentally burnt first pizza almost missed ride home was offered nothing.

Yeah I was on hold on my phone the entire time with our ride, so I know how long we waited because the timer on my phone doesn't lie. Maybe you mean 15 mins as in, we waited a additional 15 mins for a new slice pizza after I came up to counter already 15 mins in to see what was up. And then you said oh sorry we burnt it. It was a simple mistake yes, but it was a nightmare for us to wait that long. Also other people who came after us were helped before us in a timely manner just fine. And now you argue with me on here about how long it was. Thank you for the refund.

Anyways I will change my rating to 5 stars to be nice. But since you are lying, perhaps by mistake but STILL and calling me a liar. When I am not. I will not be back now. And we go to this mall all the time. It was NOT just 15 mins we waited. And I have to say that even if it was, which it wasn't it was approximately 25 like I said because I watched my phone the whole time. But even then without warning that would still be a little extreme for a slice of pizza. In Merle Hay Mall food court. Nice variety of pizzas, pastas, sandwiches. We got there right at 11am when they opened. Me and my 7 year old nephew.

Ordered a piece of pepperoni pizza, linguini with meatballs and 1/2 red, 1/2 white sauce, and garlic cheesesticks. And 2 pops.

Everything ready quick, piping hot. I believe it was the owner working. Whoever the 2 men were working were awesome. Kind, funny, prompt, helpful.

I absolutely loved the white sauce. Everything was good! The white sauce above and beyond for me. Nephew enjoyed his pizza. He didn't like the cheesebread, I did. We had 2 meals leftover to bring home!

All of that yumminess for $20. We will definitely go again to try...

All i can say is Lord Have Mercy!!! I promised the owner when we met that i would stop in and give it a try. I ordered the Asiago Chicken, and it was absolutely amazing!!! I got the dinner portion since i hadn't eaten all day, and only made it through half of this amazingly flavorful dish. The upside is, I have dinner for the next night too!!
