Red Wok — Restaurant in Utah

Very unsanitary restaurant. The floors are disgusting, as well as the bathrooms. Everything feels caked in grease. The man who took me and my wife’s order was very impatient with us and had another girl finish taking our order just to go sit at a table and look at his phone. The food was not great along with the service. If you want Chinese food go to hunan, they’re food is worth the money and they have a clean environment. We ordered 2 plates of chicken fried rice and was only given 3 soy sauce packets for our entire order(which did include more but we only need the soy sauce for the rice). Over all not worth the money. The portions were small and didn’t have much flavor. We feel as if the new owner has knocked the quality of the restaurant down quite a bit. In here now. Ordered chicken chow mein. They had 6 pieces of chicken in it after adding up the 2 cm size pieces. Prices raised. Went back to register and he said we won’t serve you as they do not like complaints and cannot fix the food. You get what they give you and that is it. Wife got the lunch menu item that had 30 pieces of chicken and rice. Better deal as hers looked and smelled great. But being how rude the owner is I highly suggest spending money elsewhere. Worth the price! My family and I have always been kinda skeptical to eat here seeing how it feels like its food you might get at a mall. But we recently ate there on Friday and the food was shockingly fantastic! It was so good we went out to eat again on Saturday.
