I will start off by saying I know times right now are hard and everywhere is struggling through this pandemic. However, I would still expect customer service to be a big priority considering customers keep a place open. At this location we were asked to Order online so we did, we were then informed it would take 50 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. After waiting 30 minutes, we called and asked them if it would really take that long to make the sandwiches, they said they guess they can make it faster. After finally receiving the sandwiches we got home to all of the sandwiches being completely incorrect with a lot of topping that were not asked for on ever sandwich. So we called and asked to speak to a manager, the lady on the phone was very ignorant and when we asked if they sandwiches could be remade, she asked if we could just pick off the stuff we didn’t want. After arguing for a couple minutes she finally agrees to remake the sandwiches.
