Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Vacaville

My amazing delivery driver informed me that this location is now under new and improved management which I'm assuming is the reason for these horrible reviews (of the past). I've ordered from Domino's three times in the last six days (!!!) because of how phenomenal the food has been, truly life-changing pizza. My family literally runs to the kitchen when the food comes, it's hilarious. This time around, I'm 100% sure that all three boxes of pizza that we ordered were devoured before the delivery driver even made it back to the store. The pizza was so good that I called the store to thank them.

I HIGHLY recommend ordering the pan pizza with either barbecue sauce or alfredo sauce to replace the tomato sauce base. Make sure to have the pizza cooked well done.

My favorite orders are: Handmade pan pizza sub tomato sauce with alfredo sauce add mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes; made well done. Handmade pan pizza sub tomato sauce with honey bbq sauce add mushrooms, onions, and jalapenos; made well done (family favorite!!!).

I ordered online and EVERYTHING went down hill from there.

The tracker showed the pizza would be delivered in 57-67 minutes. NOT. We ended up going to pick up the pizza.

I called after about 60 minutes, when the tracker had not moved from recognizing receipt of the order. The manchild-employee who answered the phone provided mis-information... he stated the pizza was READY, but it would be sitting for another 30 minutes before it would be picked up for delivery.

When we arrived at Dominos ~ 12 minutes later, the dang pizza was NOT ready; it was still in the oven.

On the phone, I asked the manchild whether my delivery fee could be refunded, since we were coming to pick up the pizza? The manchild employee replied with a resounding NO.

HUH, I visited Dominos the next day and retrieved the delivery fee.

Check after this fiasco, I should have requested a FULL refund.

Oh, mind you ...the pizza was NOT good. The toppings were oh, so sparsely added.

This was a horrible experience....NOT to be repeated.

Location: 153 Peabody Road in Vacaville. This location was the worst service I have ever experienced in food service to date! To start off, the employee who took my order over the phone for "pickup" had an bad attitude... They even answered the phone with a bad attitude. Then when I arrived at the restaurant the male employee walked extremely slow to open front door, as if he could not be bothered. We gave our info for our order and then I pulled out to bottles of Sprite from their self-service case to bring it to the register.... The male employee malicious like said to me "you're gonna have to pay for those!" As if I were just going to take them???? I had not even paid for the pizza yet! I didn't understand why I was being treated this way.... I just wanted to get dinner for my family. When I got the pizza back home, it was cold, looked poor, and the toppings were incorrect! I will never eat there again! I will also repost this review on every social media outlet there is to warn everyone of this horribly...
