The slowest restaurant in vacaville.

The food is good, but I can't seem to get that place figured out. First time I ordered off the app, I had enough time to drive to the restaurant and wait in line and order another sandwich, start eating before my online order was started.

Now I go there, and they are hiding my sandwich behind the counter. I patiently wait for my food, like I am supposed to. They never put it out for pickup. I finally get my sandwich, 25 min later, and it's so soggy that I couldn't finish it.

I do not believe a single person there understands what hustle means, or maybe an outside thought from slicing meat and cleaning tables.

I was literally looking at the pickup spot for 20 min. Not a single person asked what I was waiting on....

There are signs that say "Pick up your order here" for absolutely no reason...

I read the reviews of this restaurant. I feel the same! There is a lot of room for improvement in the management of this store. I can describe it as chaos. It's not just the chaos, the service here also leaves something to be desired. My online order app shows that I can get the food in my order at 12:34. The wait time was a good 55 minutes when I arrived. During this period, many people have already got their lunch. Online orders are on hold. And in offline orders, only customers who have paid tips may have a better experience, and customers who have paid tips will show enthusiasm and say thank you. And customers who don't have change to tip will not receive a "thank you." In fact I have been to this brand of restaurants in other towns too. The management, efficiency and service in other towns are much better...

I really enjoy jersey mikes but I am starting to question their quality in product and people.

This is by far the worst one I’ve been too, I was stopping by on my way to Sacramento because I haven’t eaten all day. I decided to try a new sandwich, but still on my wrap.

I ordered the Salsa Verde Chicken on veggie wrap, with chips and a drink. Even left a tip. The wrap itself is stale, the chips were stale, the fountain drinks were flat, and look at my wrap in the pics. They didn’t even cut it. The first pic is the side of the wrap ripped, that’s not the top. So my sandwich was leaking out of the wrapper. I opened it in the parking lot, for context of time of receipt.

It was so many of them back there just walking around. It’s usually like 2-3 workers, it’s like 5-6 of them here. SO MAD! Waste of...
