Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Vacaville

Disclaimer: I love Mountain Mike's pizza. I accidentally ordered from this store instead of my usual that gets five stars. I've never left a negative review.

Ordered a medium Caesar salad, a pizza and churros. Pizza arrived 15 minutes late and cold, despite ordering 1.5 hours ahead of my scheduled delivery time. The order was listed as "ready" 10 minutes before it was supposed to be delivery. Caesar salad was...well, not a Caesar. Romaine lettuce, no Parmigiano, no dressing, but it did have croutons. And olives, carrots, tomatoes, and tiny Cobbs of corn?! The no dressing I can understand, because their setup in Doordarshan requires you to pick a dressing, but caesar wasn't listed! And, the store has declined to allow special instructions that could've gotten this figured out!

My fault for ordering from a Mountain Mike's I never go to I guess. Won't make that...

My husband and I went in here yesterday to try it for the first time. Upon walking in we were not acknowledged at all. The gentleman behind the counter was on the phone taking someone’s order (being extremely rude to the individual on the phone I might add). So my husband and I were patiently waiting and looking over the menu. A female worker was up front as well but walked away when she saw us. About 5-10mins pass and the staff still did not acknowledge us or offer to take our order even while we stood right in front of them at the counter. Then the staff walked into the back and left us standing there. So we decided to leave and as we were walking out the rude gentleman decided to acknowledge us and yell across the room if he could help us. Horrible customer service and the staff was rude and unprofessional! We left and will NOT return to...

I ordered a large cheese pizza (Tuesday Nov 14) via the app. I mistakenly placed the order twice. I called the store and asked them to please only make one pizza as the second order was a mistake, and asked to please cancel the repeat order. The person on the phone ( I think the manager/ owner) was very friendly and understanding.

We picked up our pizza, which was hot and fresh.

The man at the counter confirmed that he was canceling the second order, and did something in the computer. Unfortunately, I was still charged on Wednesday, Nov 15, for the amounts of $24.11 and $21.61. I never received the refund (today is Friday Nov 17) for the second order, that was canceled before it was even made.
