Starbucks — Restaurant in Vacaville

I don’t always write reviews, but this is ridiculous. This Starbucks is literally always out of EVERYTHING. They are out of tea…ALL TEA! The staff is sweet, but there is no product. Please get it together.

I’m here again in line and it is taking so long. The only reason I continue to come here is because it’s right down the street. However this is the slowest Starbucks ever. Like what is happening? If you can keep up with the demands of the coffee tailor it down so you don’t have so much to customize. This is ridiculous. I have put in an order for mobile for drive through and it’s “ready” but I’m still waiting in line. Like the worst freaking Starbucks in town and the worst service. Kristen/kirsten was condescending and rude. I wanted to think maybe she has aspergers but you don't get that negative feeling and malevolent energy with people who have aspergers. She was just straight up speaking down to me. There's a starbucks the next freeway exit el monte with lovely employees. Never had a problem there, very great folks. Won't be coming back to this place even though my only problem was with this woman it was enough as there was another employee who witnessed her attitude and just went with it. Maybe because I'm a black woman idk she didn't speak to others the same way...and I listened and waited thinking maybe I was being oversensitive. She needs to get another job. I have been to this location 5 different times & have ordered the same drink as I would at other locations,,, It has been awful!! Today I decided to give it one more try... I ordered the same drink... Americano w/ light cream....NO CREAM!!! and it didn't even taste like coffee.... It was slightly flavored hot water... Who trains these people ??? It seems like you should be able to get your drink choice at any location made consistently the same. I am very disappointed as this Starbucks is closes to my house.
