Taco Bell — Restaurant in Vacaville

Thank you for hiring the slowest crew in the world , did a online order 4 munchies boxes gave you plenty of time to make the order before coming to pickup, get there 3 cars ahead of me adding even more time to fill the order. Tell them at the order box I was picking up Oh ok your order is ready. 10 minutes go by and I'm finally at the window he come to the widow ok that will be 19.00 and some change , for what I'm here for a mobile order ohhhhh ok.. .. I sat at the window for 20 minutes waiting for the order and ask should I wait out front because by now it's a looooooooong li e behind me he say no because they will not bring it out to me I will have to wait in the line to get it..

Finally got the bag of food ask is this everything he say yes ........

Get home and a couple things did not get put in the bag and the food was sloppily threw together..

This store have lost me as a customer never will I go back.. Only reason I'm giving a 2 star is because the guy at the window was...

The team needs more training, I think. Was going to knowingly rip me off & forgot two items of my order. Makes me sad because I love Taco Bell; go down the road to the Alamo/Peabody Rd location, they are F I R E!! Fast and accurate. 🔥

At the window, I used a coupon & heard someone say "she gets a free taco" in the back and the cashier said "it doesn't matter" and handed me my receipt and order having accepted my coupon without giving me the item and didn't say anything. I said "Can I have my coupon back please?" Then she gave it back. I checked my order and saw two other missing items, so I went inside and a young man on the line was very helpful in replacing them and giving me something extra to compensate. STEP IT UP TACO BELL SO I CAN GIVE YOU MY MONEY! 🌮 🌮 🌮 I literally ordered two regular tacos & two sides of chips and cheese...

I normally do not do these kind of things, however I came in on Saturday and received the best customer service from the Manager I don't remember his name, he was middle aged, short hair. black shirt, and had glasses. He was attentive, friendly, outgoing, and definitely went above and beyond while I was at the store. This was not just with me but with every person I saw him interact with, he was engaging, moving from side to side, coming up front and back in to the kitchen. This isn't the first time here and seeing him work like that. Food was hot, fresh, made very quickly, and there was a great sense of team work, between him and the employees I observed. I will definitely continue coming here as long as I keep seeing employees work, and treat patrons...
