VERY DISAPPOINTED. Our event here was a disaster that our guests who witnessed the whole chaos urged us to write a review and make it known that this place needs an overhaul. This trampoline park used to be Rockin’ Jump until Skyzone took over a few months ago. Booked it a few months in advance for my child’s May birthday. Got the highest package which allowed us 90 mins jump time plus 30 mins party room time (yes, quite short but doable), 4 large pizza and 2 pitchers of drinks. Our event was approaching but never got a confirmation call from Skyzone, which is the opposite of what their website promises. So I checked out their website once again and noticed the changes for the packages- longer party room time + allows outside food during event.Since nobody called me from their team, I went ahead and called them the day before the party.Their call center confirmed with their vacaville facility that yes we are allowed to bring additional food from outside and party time will be longer, 45 mins.On the day of event, our party room wasn’t ready for us until 40 minutes from the scheduled time.We ushered ourselves to the room as they didn't call our whole party overhead. Also,we were informed by a coordinator that there were 40 parties booked that day.No pizza or drinks were initially provided as they claimed it wasn’t on their notes and that we were supposed to bring outside food. I demanded for the pizza and drinks which they provided for us with annoyance (thank goodness we brought outside food the kids had some food while eaiting for pizza). They ran out of lemonade for the small kids so they served sierra mist. They were late to giving us our room and our food but mind you they were on time on kicking us out of the room. The manager put his cleaning bucket in front of our door while saying anything to us.Guests witnessed this.Staff said we can bring the cake and finish in another available room.Didn't sound like a solution to me.They started cleaning our room while we sang happy birthday. Staff were rude after they heard our complains.MOST HORRIBLE BIRTHDAY PARTY THAT WE HAVE EVER THROWN. The parents saw how the staff and this place made a supposedly fun birthday party for our child turn into a very...
Read moreIf I could give it zero stars I would. We moved here from another city that had a Rock n Jump and we’re excited to see differences in the structures and begin building new memories here. After coming for tot time with my two kids and presenting a coupon we got from the other location they said it wasn’t valid for tot time and I paid full price that day. They told me to come back at normal hours to use my coupon. Two days later I came back at normal hours with both my kids and coupon to only be told “you can’t use this here.” My kids were so disappointed in me saying they couldn’t jump, I ended up yet again paying full price for my two children. The cashier told me I could jump with my son because he was 2. When I got on the trampoline with my son they said I would have to pay $18 to simply stand and support my 2 year old. They allowed one person per trampoline so his sister couldn’t jump with him in place of me, but they’d be fine if I paid and was on the same trampoline as him; doesn’t make sense. They couldn’t do anything together, everything was one person, one turn and done and if my kids didn’t follow the rules they weren’t even kind about correcting them. Considering they’ve never been here and the location we came from was extremely different in all the right ways, my kids didn’t know the new rules and the staff could’ve at least been kind. I was naive for thinking Rock n Jumps would be universal, like most franchises are. My son ended up refusing to jump and my daughter was sad she couldn’t do anything with her little brother and we cut our stay in half. We won’t be coming back to this location and will make the drive to go to the other location where they are much kinder, and enjoy being...
Read moreLet me start off by saying the kids had a great time. They loved all the jumping. That is why they received 2 stars instead of 1. Now for the bad!
DO NOT HAVE A PARTY HERE! Unless everyone in your party is a speed racer when it comes to eating and drinking. There's not enough time. You get 30 minutes in the room and maybe an additional 10 minutes to decorate. Now it's a jumping park, as you can imagine only the adults (some of the adults),hear the announcement that it's time to go to your room for pizza, cake and ice cream. Once you finally get everyone in there, you may have 20 minutes left. THAT'S NOT ENOUGH TIME FOR A KIDS PARTY! All the kids have to be served, drinks and seconds passed out. Laughter, smiles conversations, pictures taken, and candy bags passed out. I feel like cattle. They rush us in, then rush us out. My older kids had their party there and I know we had the room for an hour. Customer care is no longer their focus. COLD HARD CASH IS THE FOCUS AND ONLY GOAL!!! Next, they no longer allow ice cream only cake or ice cream cake. So I took an ice cream cake for the party. THEY DIDN'T PUT IT IN THE FREEZER. When the cake was cut into the ice cream slipped off. It was a mess. My helper says they put it in there but as fast as we were moving, there is no way that cake should have been that melted after 5 maybe 10min. I honestly can't believe how bad of an experience, as the host, that I had. My guest enjoyed themselves. My son had a blast. However for 400 dollars a party I deserved more then to be treated like cattle. Actually worst because at least cattle get time to rest,...
