Very bad experience this last time dining here. Ordered a 2-item combo plate with flautas and other item. Menu said that 2 flautas counted as 1 item. Wait staff did not speak very much English, which wound up being a problem at the end of the outing. When food arrived, only one item of the 2 item combo was brought out. Figured it could be easily fixed by asking it to be changed to one item combo when check had to be paid. That..Didn't happen. A little discussion ensued using Spanish and Spanglish, wherein the waitress told us that: -The paper menu provided at the table was viejo/old -the correct prices were on the electronic board and that 2 flautas was 2 items The old and "new" menu clearly both state that 2 flautas were one item. I was told no employees in house at the time spoke English to help clarify my issue, and she wouldn't make the correction. Your mileage may vary, but I find it unacceptable that I wasn't advised right away to refer to the current menu. And that excuse -the menu is old- was used...

I was here for some morning tacos, let me say this:
Your secret salsa saved my day, I was hung over as you can be, I asked for some hot sauce, the cashier/server brought the heavy hitter up to her but it just didn't cut it. (she did tell me she doesn't usually eat spicy)
Luckily for me she told the cook that I didn't feel like that salsa had a kick and now I got to get the real deal, that salsa saved my day!
The tacos were really generous and flavorfull, I had 2 lenwa and 1 cabeza, I couldn't have chose anything better, can't wait to go get some more, but for real thank your cook for his salsa it really saved my day and brought me back to life :D

The in house salsa is great, but I was more impressed by the idea of pickled onions mixed with sliced habaneros. The spicy/sweet combo was great. I got 2 adobada and 2 Carne asada tacos and I was impressed! The Carne was a little dry, but tender still while the adobada knocked my socks off. Could've benefitted from actually stewing in it rather than a sauce poured over, but it was fantastic still.
The service made it top notch. The server was attentive and patient while I practiced my terrible Spanish which is really appreciated. Very great atmosphere that showed they cared about the food...
