This is without a doubt the worst burger king that I have ever experienced. I have eaten here on innumerable occasions as I work just down the road and vegan burger options are limited in Valdosta. I was so excited when burger king introduced the Impossible Patty, and for the first few months it was amazing. I order only 3 simple toppings on my burger, and the variety of mistakes I have endured over time simply boggles the mind. 3 toppings, large fry and a large coke. This merges into mayo, extra cheese, triple cheese, diet coke, half-filled fries, burnt fries, raw fries, wrong sizes, chicken, ad nauseum. I never know what I am getting, and hearing the conversations in the kitchen I don't believe they know what they are making. Most of the staff that I have encountered have been pleasant, and polite but slow. I have waited astounding amounts of time in both the drive through, and in the lobby. Seriously, oceans of time has passed, stars have been birthed and gone nova, galaxies have expanded and collapsed, and I'm still sitting and waiting for a burger... at the first window so that the restaurant doesn't show long wait times (I know how this game works). When I do finally receive my incorrect order I am also guaranteed to discover that the burger patty is mostly raw in the center (gray, cold, mushy) and burnt on the outer edges. I finally have hit my limit, today is the 3rd day of this store having only lemonade as a drink option (in addition to the aforementioned problems). They have had no CO2 to carbonate the drinks for 3 days and they don't have any sort of sign informing anyone of this. I will be making the longer drive from my office to exit 18. That location has always been accurate, fast, and pleasant. I don't know how to fix this store as new workers haven't helped, new management hasn't helped, and new equipment hasn't helped. I guess just bulldoze the place and salt the earth. I wouldn't recommend ever visiting this location unless you are doing so...
Read moreI went to Burger King today and ordered at whopper JR meal and I wanted the meal small and the girl tells me that they don’t offer a small, the meal had to be medium or large. I got a medium and they charge me $0.70 extra cents. And I also asked for onion rings instead of fries at the speaker. When I got to the window I asked her why do they charge extra if you aren’t allowed to get a small combo, I was forced to get medium or large. She responded “that’s how they get you”.. okay so I paid and she told me to wait at the first window and she’ll tell me when to pull up to the second window. Keep in mind there was no one else in the drive thru but me. When I got my order, I had fries in the bag. I told the girl that I ordered onion rings instead of fries and she told me ok pull around and I’ll bring them out to you. When she came out, she still had fries in the bag and then she tells me “ they said they rung you up for fries”. I said okay, but I said onion rings at the speaker. She then went back inside. At this point I came in behind her and told them to just give me a refund. They are so unprofessional and I wasn’t about to go back and forth with them any longer. It’s a shame how these places have no customer...
Read moreWish I could rate the food but never got to order. This location has 2 drive thru lines. After seeing two cars place orders in the other lane, and never hearing an acknowledgement over the speaker, I pulled forward to the window. A confused lady asked me what was wrong, but before I could answer she begins to tell me that I can’t order at the window. She starts to “explain” to me about a buzzing sound she hears in her headset, like that’s supposed to make me feel better. I replied that there must be a problem with the speaker at the lane, to which she defiantly argues there is no problem. She then said she would take my order but that I’d have to pull forward so the person behind me wouldn’t have to wait! (Although I would hope that a Whopper & regular Chicken sandwich wouldn’t be something to have to wait for at BK). And again, before I could say anything, she went back to the explanation about the buzz & I should’ve ordered at the speaker. I suggested they put an out of order sign up, but that must have been the final straw. She adamantly denied there was a problem, and asked “are you gonna order or not?” I replied in the negative & she then walked away...
