You can tell the 1 star reviews are from people who think Chinese food is orange chicken from panda exp vs those who actually know what authentic Chinese food actually tastes like. I can’t blame the reviews here though. When “culture” comes in the form of lipton black tea equivalent boba trucks and candied syrupy meats at the mall, you won’t know what authentic is down here when it happens. My Chinese friends said that have been living in U.S. for few years, today’s dishes are best Chinese foods in U.S. so far. Because they are serving “truly” authentic Chinese dishes.
