Zacadoo's Grille — Restaurant in Valdosta

/edit 7-21-24 I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER BREAST FROM ZACADOO'S AFTER TODAY. ARE YOU TELLING ME THAT I GET THIS FOR 5 freaking dollars!! Yes, I got it without the bun, but I am beyond pissed right now... Both of my breast were this size, I don't know who's is thinking this is right as a product to sell for this damn much money... A large drink lid is bigger than it, FFS...

Had an issue with them shutting the pressure cooker down a few months ago. Owner did get them to keep it open more closer to closing, but today was already shut down at 740pm.

Hope we ain't gonna start having it shutting down early again on Sundays. Folks love that particular chicken sandwich and no the tenders substitute is NOT THE SAME as the breast.

Cooked way different and double breaded, it is what makes that chicken breast better than Chick-fil-A, which is not open...

I hate to even give you 1 star, as you are unworthy of that!! Never should a customer wait 10 minutes in line for a large sweet tea! I set one evening 16 minutes in line and y'all was NOT backup, as I pulled right up and ordered! But y'all somehow couldn't seem to get the orders out the window. I made the mistake and went back the very next night and was able to pull right in an order. Needless to say, I was blocked in by a truck pulling a trailer for over 10 minutes and had to set there (at that time cars had blocked me in from behind) because once again y'all couldn't manage to get the orders out the window. Once the truck with trailer moved up and gave me enough room to move, I pulled out of line and 3 cars followed me down the road to Chick-Fil-A. I will NOT waste another dime at Zacadoos Norman Drive, Valdosta...

This used to be one of my favorite places to eat. I guess a change of staff brings lower customer service standards. My last few trips have been quite disappointing. Discourteous staff, items left off orders, orders completely wrong, and small items missing like straws, utensils, napkins, and sauces. I expect most of us are eating while driving so when these items are missing, it's a bit more difficult to enjoy a meal. I visited today and asked for a chicken wrap. I was told I couldn't have one because there were no tortillas. Walmart is right across the street. Send someone to get some tortillas until the regular shipment arrives. If there were no cups, could we not get a drink? I would expect some one would find some...
