MI TORO SUPREMO LLC — Restaurant in Valentine

It’s so HOT in there. Our server was rude, rushed with food, the food was not great, not much flavor and really dry. Got the nacho whatever and it wasn’t good. It was my first time going and I was excited to try a new restaurant but it looked bad in there, the colors clashed with each other, it looked run down and just worse than I thought it would. The entrance looks nice then it cat fishes you into going in and seeing the ugly colors clashing with each other really bad. But yes it was so HOT in the restaurant, maybe the ac is broken or they can’t afford it or something. The place is just uncomfortable gross and just being treated like that wasn’t great on top of it. Kids running all over, and the chairs were uncomfortable as well, and then it came down to the food, it wasn’t explained nicely and it looks cluttered and not a nice menu, took so long to find something to eat that wasn’t explained or even the server was not willing to explain or help either so I gave up chose different types of food and they were all disappointing and gross. It was a lovely lunch. It's clean and the food was good. Decent portions. Food could be a little heavy for some because of so many things being fried so be careful if that is a concern. Please note that their food isn't spicy at all on it's own, but that's also the same at many Mexican places are across the country. I appreciate that as a dietary concern. It's bright enough and plenty of room, just not anything special. Because of language barriers some might think the staff is inattentive, but our server was polite and we had everything we needed. This was about the worst Mexican food I can ever remember eating. I ordered a combination plate with a taco, burrito and Chile relleno. The first two were ok, rather bland. The relleno was swimming in grease that came up to the top of it. I couldn't even eat it. The attached picture shows the results after using two napkins to try to blot up some of the grease.
