!!!!CHECK YOUR ORDERS!!!!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!! Ordered 10 tacos with everything on the side from the drive thru yesterday. I get home to realize they did not give me the chicken (no meat) for all 10 of my tacos. I called chicken express to let them know I didn't get the meat for my tacos and I do not live in Vallejo, I actually live about 25 miles from Vallejo (that's why I get everything on the side to keep my tacos from geting mushy) I informed the young lady I paid by credit card and I would like to be refunded from their mistake via phone due to the fact I do not live in Vallejo and I would cost me more money to go out there to be refunded by paying bridge toll and gas.I explained I give left the business about 40 minutes ago and I have my card number with the amount paid. The lady informed me, they are aware they did NOT give me the meat for the tacos, but did not know how to look up or find my receipt in their system. I was told to give them my name and they would leave a note for someone to issue me a full refund. I asked the lady if I could get her first name, she refused to give it to me. I explained to her I didn't need her full name just a first name just in casr there's a problem with getting my refund when ever i go to Vallejo again. After, about 15 minutes on the phone with this business NO ONE HELPED ME WITH THIS MATTER. I HAD TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY WHEN CHICKEN EXPRESS SHOULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMER, WHEN THEY WERE AT FAULT! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO A BUSINESS WHO DO NOT VALUE THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS AND WILL NOT TO THE RIGHT THING FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. YOU GUYS TRULY CAUSED ME AND MY FAMILY A HARDSHIP WITH THIS...
Read moreFood is good. Fresh chicken, good beans and rice, and some good salsa make for a solid burrito. I go there often.
Unfortunately, as happens often on these sites, we come to complain. And unfortunately, I must complain as a warning to others. I'll get to the beef...er, chicken of it. I was waiting for my order, and I saw the server take out a new batch of flour tortillas. I saw the top one she peeled off got a hole in it. I didn't pay much attention.
When I got my burrito and started eating it at school, it was the one with the hole in it! That means, it fell apart. Badly.
I am dressed up, so I can't deal with it without a plate and fork. I don't want it to get all over me. OK, no problem, I"ll just tell them about it. Right?
Well, they didn't want to take responsibility for it. They wanted a receipt - as in, the one that was full of chicken, beans and sour cream from the burrito I had to throw away. Sorry, I didn't save it. And although the cashier sees me order at least twice a week, they wouldn't use that to verify that I'm a regular customer ordering the same damn thing every time.
This type of customer service is horrible for your higher-end clientele. If you want us to come from the school and offices to buy your product, you have to give better service. Now, I don't trust them anymore. I've got other options, like Subway, Togo's, Pho #1, or even the taco truck; I know they won't rip me off.
3 stars for respectable food. Minus 2 stars for this act of lousy service. Shame on you. This is...
Read moreI have ate here several times and at best I would rate it 3 stars. But today I ordered two super burritos and took them home. My husband and I ate about 1/4 of the through when we realized there wasn’t any chicken in either burrito. Ok no problem right? I called the store and the guy who answered treated me like I was lying and trying to get free food. He wouldn’t replace them without the receipt even though we had 3/4 of each burrito left. When my husband got there he handed him the receipt and they guy still wanted to see the burritos and literally dug through them to confirm- during covid! That was very embarrassing. On another note, they put sour cream on it in one clump towards the bottom. Same as the pico. So that was an...
