Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Vallejo

Ordered a pizza around 11:50PM because online said as long as it was before midnight it would go through. A few moments later the manager calls me and tells me that they actually close shop at 11:45PM. To accommodate me, he refunds my money and says I get a free order next time and takes down my number. He was very nice. The next morning, which is today at 11:12AM I call into the store because I wasn't clear on how to get said free order. The employee I spoke to was rude and disrespectful. As soon as he answered the phone, you could tell he didn't want to be at work. I explained the situation to him and he question me receiving a free order like I made it up or was lying! When I asked how long until my money was returned he said, "I don't know, the manager didn't tell you?". When I asked about the free order again he said, "because you're not paying for it you need to pick it up, our driver isn't in for another hour". I never once said I was getting it now, I just wanted to know how to go about it so that when the time came, I would know what to do! He starts to huff and puff and when I asked why he had an attitude with me trying to figure these things out he said, "I ain't got no attitude, you're wasting my time, I have customers in front of me and you're just on the phone talking. Do you want your pizza now?". I asked for the managers name and number and he said he couldn't give it to me then said the managers name was tur or Turk and hung up. NEVER WILL I...

Matter of fact Ive ordered pizzas twice from this place and haven't received one!

Their excuse.... Well first i was told it would be 20min cuz they just pulles it put of the oven... Later i found out by the manager kher...( Who is a piece of work and thats being nice) that he refuses service to me and never made my pizza... Mind you im finding this out 2 houra later almost and after that same person told me that my pizza was coming out of the oven. ... This is the second incident. The first was very similar but with a different manager... Cant remember his name... Neither times did i even get pizza... Hassle and wasnt even offered any type of compensation at all... Not as bad as before. I haven’t ordered from Vallejo’s Domino’s in quite a while, since Pizza Guys is comparable and delivers inside of 45 mins from the order being placed.

Tonight Pizza Guys was closed and I ordered from Domino’s

It still took a long time to get to my house, but when I called and asked about the order, it did come ~15 mins later. The guy who answered the phone said it had just come out of the oven, but the pizza that got to me had definitely not been only 15 mins old (warm but not hot, crust was, well, crusty). Still, it got to me a lot earlier than previous times—sometimes even 2+ hours later in the past. And even late Domino’s is still delicious. All in all, not as bad as before. Glad to see progress and hope the Vallejo Domino’s eventually becomes a true competitor with Pizza Guys and the other local...
