Omg best Papusas this is my 2nd or 3rd time getting them here and they are always amazing. Today I was craving Papusas my husband call the gentlemen tells him they close at I say it's to late never mind, 20min later I tell my husband I'm still craving the Papusas it was 10min to 9pm he calls and ask if they can make us 4 Papusas thank God the gentlemen said yes 2 cheese only and 2 pork and cheese omg my craving was satisfied. 20 starts to this place for customer service most placed would turn you away not them. 20 stars for food flavor on point thickness on point and filling inside Papusas on point. The outside of the restaurant looks very rundown. Overgrown weeds, and loose gravel in the driveway. We had pupusas for dinner. The pupusas in my opinion were mediocre at best. I think they were made with powdered masa dough instead of the freshly ground corn masa. All this could have been overlooked if they were priced accordingly: $1.50 max. Im from LA and was in Vallejo to do a job site only to come to Rinconcito Salvadoreño and have some of the best food I’ve ever tasted! Definitely5 star restaurant! I came here with my girlfriend and Got a Tamal de Elote & a Tamal de pollo 🔥🔥🔥 The empanada is more like a dessert but was still pretty good & the pastelitos are empanadas but with ground beef and that was pretty fire🔥🔥🔥 too!
