KFC — Restaurant in Vallejo

Can not rate better than a 2⭐. Just left the drive thru. They did not get my order right. I dont understand it because as I ordered the young lady repeated each item I said. But got home, opened the bag and it was not right. Ordered 2 chic littles, one was soooo small it dwarfed next to the other one. The piece of chicken was a little larger than the pickle on it. I ordered a corn on the cob but got a mashed potato & gravy instead. I do not like their instant potatoes. I could see it if they were busy but they weren't. After handing me the bag she began to close the window. I asked her for some catsup. She walked off and came back with an apple sauce that was supposed to be in the kids meal but evidently wasn't. I had to ask what it was because I didn't know. Then I heard another young lady tell her "just give her the catsup". There were no napkins in the bag. My suggestion is that the contents of the bag should be double checked BEFORE giving it to the customer and please don't be so chinzy on the chicken little strip, especially when two or more are ordered together. First off, if I could give zero stars, I would because they deserve it for their service. Second, if you're trying to grab a quick meal, this is NOT the place to be!!!

When we pulled up in the drive-thru, there were ZERO cars in line. We ordered a root beer float (tasted awesome, kudos for that, so here's their 1 star.) and medium onion rings. Paid for our order, was given our root beer float but was told to go park in front of the restaurant and wait for our onion rings. Thought it was going to be quick, but NOPE, it wasn't.

As we were sitting there, we noticed that ALL the vehicles coming through the drive-thru were also parking and waiting. Before we parked, the spaces up front were already taken by cars, so ALL these cars were also waiting on their food. After 15 mins, we got our onion rings...let's just say that was a waste of time!!!!! Mind you, we ordered MEDIUM onion rings, it was HOT (fresh, great) but we had maybe 3 rings and 5 broken pieces. At this point, we've already decided NOT to ever come back to...

The drive thru teller was very rude and very angry, we just ask to verify the price on the screen and the tone of her voice was already very loud and irritated. It seems like she is rushing us while we were the only customer in the whole store and drive thru. While we waited we asked for plates and the lady who handed it to us said No with an irritated voice and tone again same as the lady at the drive thru window. Just to remind the management we are still paying customers. We are not asking for free food. Please make sure your employees knows how to smile, be courteous and know customer service. We would NEVER come back. Very bad experience. If your employees don't like their work, tell them to find another job. We were very positive with pur day and excited to eat. Now we ended up very irritated with situation it losses...
