I primarily go to McDonald's nowadays just for cookie totes. the 13 cookies for 5 bucks, and they are fresh baked, they're supposed to be*Some people don't and others do but they are supposed to be 13 fresh baked cookies and they are bad a ! baked fresh hot out of the oven, and with a hot Mocha or even a cold Mocha Frappe' They're just freaking awesome. They had oatmeal cookies, too. Before the pandemic, anyways . Cookie tote...ask for it.
That was then this is now you know back in the day the tote totally rocked. Nowadays, not so much. It seems like I could be wrong, but it seems like they just take some cookies that are already cooked and microwave them. Go back when is a parakeet's cookies and it only takes 3 to 4 minutes to put out a batch and I always had to wait and it's no big deal it was well worth the 4 minute wait even if you had to park out front to get these fresh cookies. Lately it seems like the box is not quite as hot the cookies aren't really as good as it was it just came out of the oven and then after they cool off they tend to get hard as a rock much like a cookie wood if you had microwaved it. Honestly, I'm against anything microwave as far as food goes. But I really truly believe that they take already cooked cookies and microwave them to make you think that they're hot. I think that is the most egregious thing to do to a cookie and to the customer. My days are running to McDonald's for fresh hot cookie dough to take care of my woes are starting to wan. I'd just as soon take my 6 bucks (yes, the price increased a tad) and go to Walmart for their frosted 4 pack of brownies or Safeway 4 pack of brownies. Mc D's has been Mc fuk'ing us (again, just my opinion). Between the crazy ass prices and the suck ass sub par product coupled with the less than stellar attitudes of the employees (you'd think they would be happy with their 20 plus an hour pay) it just...

Read moreI went through the drive thru and placed a breakfast order. My son and I checked our order and we were missing 2 hashbrowns. No biggie, or so I thought. I went inside with my order and explained to the Manager that I was missing 2 hashbrowns. She talked to the workers and they said they put the correct amount in the bag. I showed that there wasn't. They started getting an attitude, arguing that they made sure the correct amount was in the bag and that they double checked it. I said if the correct amount was in the bag, that I wouldn't have come inside. I even pointed at my car and told her she could go look to see that the hashbrowns weren't in the car. She still insisted that the workers were correct and put the correct amount in the bag. She apparently believes in calling customers a liar and that no way her workers could've made a mistake. News flash, everyone makes mistakes, no one is perfect. This isn't the first time she or they have done this. I let it slide the first time, but, I refuse to let the bs slide again. It's unprofessional behavior on their part, but, it's even more unprofessional for a manager. I will definitely be taking my...
