I don't often leave negative reviews, however unfortunately in this case, I feel it's necessary. Made Thanksgiving dinner reservations, a couple of weeks in advance, 5 pm for our family of 6. Our entire bill was just under $350. We were seated in the "banquet room". Our server seemed a bit inexperienced when it came to the proper way to cork and serve red wine. If the restaurant chooses to charge higher end prices and an additional "cork/serve fee" per bottle, service should reflect it. Also, halfway through our dinner, the staff was instructed to fold up unused tables and chairs, which they did in a hurry and very loudly. This went on through the remainder of our dinner. All dinner conversations were difficult to carry on due to the noise. After a quick chat with our server before ordering our second bottle of wine, she promised to step up service. I don't blame her at all. I blame management/owners for not being on top of quality control. Now for the positive..... The food was absolutely top notch! So much flavor packed into the portions served. We walked away with more than a couple of to-go boxes. The wine, beer and booze selection was great! Something for everyone..... Overall our experience was so-so.... The quality of food made up for the short comings of our Thanksgiving dinner experience. I give Zio Fraedos 3 stars for my most recent visit as previous visits were absolutely enjoyable. Future visits may change my mind on my overall rating. I will definitely come back again and hopefully receive top notch service that all the...

I must say that this was the most disappointing experience I have ever had at Zio's. Out with family to celebrate my bday and was asked by concierge if we cared for happy hour. One family member wanted to have a drink so we decided to give it a try.

The menu was full of yummy dishes. We were seated by 642pm ends at 7pm and server showed up at 655 PM to take our order. Seth, the server, rudely rushed us. He did not write any items down and then.priceeded to say he had another table so basically Hurry up!!

Well it was embarrassing since one guest had never been there. Had to speak to the manager to request a new server. We were so blessed to have America take care of us and Gio(busser) kept us covered all evening with all the water, bread butter, clearing plates etc. Americs kept checking on us as she served her guest on the dinner side (our usual place to dine as well).

We ordered over 20 items and stayed til 830 enjoying the food which was a bit bland ( fried zucchini, penne n cheese pasta, tacos, and chicken tenders). However, the Zio salad, chicken wings, calamari, lava cake, dark chocolate Hennessy cake, and drink were amazing!!!! Full of flavor.

I truly count this as a 10-star experience thanks to the service of America and Gio. Hopefully, Seth will develop some patience, breathing/smiling techniques, and customer service skills before...

Visited this location as a last meal before heading off to college. The service was excellent, all of the staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable about the menu. As a party of 9, we made a reservation, but the restaurant was pretty sparse, and quiet, so conversation amongst the table was easy. We got a fabulous seat at the window, with a full view of the Marina. The food service felt more like a premium meal, with bread being offered in the beginning, and because we ordered appetizers, those being served as a first course along with drinks. My relatives ordered some drinks, including cocktails and wine, and enjoyed them. I personally ordered a bowl of clam chowder as an appetizer, and it was very good. Only offered on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday as soup of the day, it had an almost cheesy taste, more like a hint of Alfredo sauce, but a good balance of broth to body. As a main course, I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. It was fantastic, and very creamy. The chicken was well-cooked, with a little bit of crunch due to some ingredient as a coating. The rest of the table also said they enjoyed their meals immensely. Very nice restaurant, would definitely...

I'm going to go middle of the road here. We went here for a gathering of 12, a short period after all had fully reopened and I think there was still a little rust on the wheels, so to speak. In our party, one order was extremely late to be served, which caused an inconvenience, and one platter was served cold. They remade the cold platter, but all in all it was a tough outing and made for a rough Father's Day celebration with my kids. My daughter who had been previously said it was much different than she had remembered, so in time I might return. We did have a great table and view and staff was friendly, appetizers were served hot, and promptly, and were good, as was their bread. This issue was with the entrees and for a bill that was $400+ I would have expected better than what we received. I always try to post honest and straight for those who check my suggestions
