3 weeks ago my wife went in to get dinner. When she entered the store one of the guys up front (who happens to be the owner's son) was yelling at the cook in the back. The yelling was definitely not polite. When she placed her order she was told that they were almost out of what she was wanting and they wouldn't be able to fill her order completely. She hesitantly accepted, paid and went to the car. After calling me she went back in and requested the full amount that she had originally ordered. The yelling starts again. (No this was not at closing time) The guy up front begins yelling at the cook again making hand gestures and really made my wife uncomfortable. When she arrived home she told me what all had happened so I went up there. I requested to speak with the owner who was not in. I've called 2 or 3 times a week since then to reach the owner. Amazingly enough the SAME guy always answers the phone and tells me that I do not need to speak with the owner it is no big deal. I called today and he told me the same thing. He took down my number and has now sent me a text saying that I am getting on his Nerves. I hope the owner sees this and understands the level of customer service his son is providing to the customers in a small town. Sadly we will not be back nor should anyone go to this place with the way they...
Read moreMy husband and I visited Panda Kitchen this evening with the intention of purchasing dinner for our entire family. My husband began to order for our youngest daughter and inadvertently said teriyaki chicken instead of sesame chicken. He quickly caught on and apologized, but the teen behind the counter proceeded to tell him that the best that she would do is scrape the chicken off of the rice leaving the sauce on the rice, which she did, straight back into the tub of teriyaki chicken to be served to someone else. Needless to say, we left. The food is decent here, but unfortunately does not offset the level of customer service that the management allows the staff to provide. The rudeness is unacceptable, so we spent our $50 at Dillons. Just as good, without...

We ordered coconut shrimp and they gave us....soup. Took it back and they sent him home with fried shrimp, no sauce, no nothing, after I called and told them they messed up AGAIN the manager informed me I was in the wrong and should have been more specific when I ordered? I guess if we are going to eat there I need to make it a dine...
