Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Valley Center

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This message is late because I misplaced my PH ticket.

We live just two miles south of Valley Center, KS and I ordered a large, thin Supreme pizza for my husband and myself. It was on April 29, 2015 at 6:23 p.m.

My husband and I were very hungry, as we volunteered that day and did not get to eat lunch. I would have gotten back in my car and taken the pizza back, but my husband said, "I'm too hungry and I don't want to wait another 20-30 minutes for a second pizza."

We have been ordering pizza from the VC store since it opened! Our daughter worked there while she attended VC High School and she loved it! We have eaten other pizzas all over Wichita, but we still PREFER your Supreme without pork sausage because we do not eat pork/pepperoni. We ask for beef instead.

The reason for this complaint is that someone let the whole pizza crust burn until it was brown. It was so "crunchy" that when you bit into it, most of the crust fell down our chests! Because it was so over cooked, the sauce was almost dry. Needless to say, we did not enjoy our meal. I have to say that this has never happned to us in the past.

Since this review is late, we do not want it to appear anywhere on the web. We just want the Management to be aware that someone was not watching our pizza and maybe other pizzas while in the oven.

I paid for a $10 Dinner Box. First off.. My breadsticks looked like they had been run over by a car. My pizza wasn't offered in a different as per them running out of dough.. At least CALL YOUR DAMN CUSTOMER. I should've made this post last time as the waitress was apologizing profusely for not having my entire order. 3 tables at the time.. Just my daughter and I. And the Manager I spoke to played it all off... Trash.

And... Here we are AGAIN. Sept 5 I worked late tonight, the kids had no school. I ordered from there again thinking I'd take a chance. It ended with the wrong pizza and the manager on duty LAUGHING at me over the phone for being a 'return customer'. I went in to the store after waiting a period of time for her to get the franchisees contact info... She ended up giving me the store's phone number!? I added a video of...

Ordered a pizza online. Was supposed to be able to pick it up in 25-30 minutes. Arrived at the 25 minute mark waited in line at the drive thru about 3 minutes. At the window I gave my name. A couple of minutes later. I was asked to drive around to return to the back of the line because my order was not ready. No big deal. I waited in line again for about 5 more minutes. Got to the window again. Waited for a few minutes. Was told they were boxing part of the order. It would just be a couple of more minutes. Then I was told to go park in the parking lot and wait. Someone would bring me my order. 13 minutes later. I finally got 2 pizzas and bread sticks. Big problem. Neither pizza was what I ordered. I was so frustrated with the wait. I just didn't care. If I wanted crap service. I would have gone to Casey's. So...
