Your Representative Reese has a terrible attitude one person ordered online ordered cookies got there no cookies she was rude to her. An older lady came in to order. Doesn’t know how to use the kiosk’s and she was rude to her snappy when she was asking what she was wanting on her sandwiches since she had a verbally. Explain what she wanted then I went to the kiosk ordered my food before any of those people were there. I ordered three cookies no cookies available. She told me I should’ve went up to the cookie counter and looked before I ordered on a kiosk no Subway or its employees should fix their system so that no cookies are available to order. I’m not gonna go up to the front of the line when I’m ordering on a computer screen find a way to make sure that the kiosk doesn’t know that you have items missing on your menu truly disgusting. I went to this subway with intentions of paying with a digital gift card I received as a gift. The new kiosks were no kind with the screens not registering my finger touching it. The entire time I sat and struggled to place my own order through the kiosk 2 female workers were standing behind the counter complaining how they did not want to be there. How they would rather be at home watching their show. I find this extremely frustrating. That they are getting paid to work, however I am ordering my own sandwich through a kiosk that I forgot to mention would not take my digital gift card as payment as the kiosk has not been set up yet to scan QR codes. This use to be a great place to get a quick sandwich. The new boys and yes they are boys are the slowest sandwich I've EVER seen. It is painful to watch them work. They act as if you are killing them to ask them for anything! I tried giving them multiple chances in the last month. It has never improved. Each time the sandwich prep area was disgusting and dirty.
