Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Valparaiso

Had high hopes for this Chipotle.. Boy Was I Disappointed!!! This place does a disservice to the Chipotle brand. In addition to burnt chicken and hard rice the portions are extra small and they ran out of fajita vegetables at 4p??? Had this been a new start up type restaurant I would not have left a review because I get it..but I expect more from a known franchise who has been around for years. Don’t waste your time or money here. Employees seem to think they are working at a carnival and take their jobs very lightly.. not the type you would want handling your food. They need better quality control over their food...

Aiden is a terrible representative of Chipotle.

Valparaiso Indiana's new location on the north side on Calumet ave. Avoid at all costs!

Call the location and please ask ahead of time if Aiden is working.

If they say he is there don't go to that location! Go to the Original spot!!

You'll avoid all the heartache and misery and down right anger!

I would advise learning the menu and process before going in if you have never been here before. I expressed I was a first time customer and it was frowned upon. Nobody wanted to answer a question and I was rushed through everything. Because I was rushed I didn't get what I wanted. I still dont know if the kids meal comes with a side and drink if yes then I didn't get it. Food quality was SUBPAR! Complete waste of time and money.
