I have some home theater seats that are only 5 years old. Well the AC/DC 5 pin prong was accidentally pushed in on one and it was broke. Unfortunately they are impossible to find and there is not an exact manufacturer from China anymore where they were made. After trying several solutions and contemplating having to buy an entire back row (they all connect to run together) I stopped in at Bowman. I figured maybe they could repair the 5 pin input. Well before I even had a chance the young guy speaking there raised his hand and rudely said we can’t touch it. Might be licensed item from a Chinese company. Really??? How many other components do you work on from companies in China and Japan as well as the US? About to give up I called a TV repairman from Portage. He fixed it!!! Read moreCalled them on a Wednesday and asked to have an estimate on an antenna install. Was told installer was not in and took my number and was told the installer would call by the end of the day. Did not receive a call back. Called back on Thursday was told that the installer was out all day on Wednesday and that I was next to receive a call. It is now Friday at 9:29pm and I still have not been called to set up an estimate. This company obviously does not value new customers. Hope they treat their current customers better. Read moreI went there to see what was wrong with my 2007 Sony receiver and Mark checked it for me while I was there and it was just not going to work and it was going to be more expensive to fix it than to get a new receiver. He ended up having a very similar used Sony receiver and it works amazing. I got it for a GREAT price too. I am very happy with it. And my old sony remote worked for the new receiver!! Mark went above and beyond to help me out. I will definately be back. These guys are the REAL DEAL!...
