I wish I could give this place zero stars. We just moved to town and decided to check out this local Italian pizzeria. We’ve ordered from them a couple times now, thinking maybe we just got them on a bad night, however I am not happy with any part of their business. The pizza is thin and barely warm. Not hot like you would expect. The teenager working the front is rude. The delivery guy wouldn’t even look me in the eye. Most recently, I ordered a pizza at 5pm on Friday night and was told it would be delivered in 35 minutes. That’s expected for Friday night so I was fine with that. After over an hour wait I called to check on the status, and was rudely told they’ve had 15 deliveries and mine was just coming out of the oven and it’s next to be delivered. After waiting an additional hour, called again and got the manager who said they were JUST NOW leaving for delivery (it came another 30 minutes later). I expressed my disgust in how they handled the situation but she was just not interested in hearing me. Not only did they lie to me initially, but the girl was very rude in her response to me, and NO ONE ever apologized for anything. There is zero customer service nor do they care. We will most definitely NOT be eating here again. Dominos is better...

Love the pizza here normally but tonight was different.. Ordered 2 pizzas and waited about 35 minutes (typical) but when it got delivered 1) they didn’t have the change needed and 2) one of the pizzas was incorrect.. So I call the location as the delivery guy goes back to get change and explain to them the situation.. They say oh I’m sorry we will get that pizza out to you when he comes back w the change.. no worries all is good.. delivery guy says oh the manager now wants the pizza back? Ummm nope that’s not happening bc I have kids that tore into it. Then says oh then they will charge you for that pizza.... nope not paying for that after waiting now an hour. The delivery guy was awesome but hopefully they can get back on track w making the right orders. This has now happened a couple times but this is the first time I’ve been asked to pay for the...

Food is Great but if you order a salad to go they will ask you if you want them to make it or do you wanna make it. Well if you make it you better not get to much, even tho there are no signs indicating the amount of each ingredient you are allowed to get. I mean there is Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, black olives, pickle spears, banana peppers, carrots, jalapeño slices, cheese, and croutons. So yea, the salad is gonna look big with all those ingredients. If you need to have portion control on that salad bar then you need to not give the option to the customer to make their owe or maybe get smaller styrofoam containers. Please do not verbally embarrass someone by telling them they "got to much and next time you'll have to pay more" The container lid shut just fine. The food is fine but a few of the...

The atmosphere and decor are representative of an older downtown area which was really inviting. My wife and I had just arrived after they lunch buffet had ended but it appeared to include all you can eat salad and pizza. Not sure on the price but I figure around 6 or 7 dollars. We started out with cheese rolls which were pretty good. Then onto our main course which was a "small" Stromboli for me which looked like a large and spaghetti and meatballs for my wife. The presentation and taste of the Stromboli were outstanding but it was only lukewarm. My wife said the spaghetti and meatballs were alright but had a slight sweetness which she didn't care for. All in all not a bad lunch outing but definitely could have been better.

The atmosphere is very nice and they captured the old school pizza parlor vibe. The thin crust pizza is well done and crispy with ample toppings on every slice and signature bubbles on the crust that you don’t find in the big name places. The lasagna hot and flavorful, will order again. Overall, I will definitely be going back. I will say, when it is dead, the wait staff does need to keep a better eye on the tables as opposed to customers having to flag down someone for drinks and to place orders.
