Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Vancouver

We've been going to Carl's Jr in Vancouver off of Mill Plain since it opened but our most recent experience turned us off for good! After a long day I was looking forward to our weekly date night and my wife wanted to go to Carl's and get their $6 burger. We ordered to-go, not a busy night there, got home and found out one of the burgers wasn't correct even according to the printed receipt. Drove back, showed them the receipt and un-touched burger. No apologies, just remade it (twice from what I could see in the back). Finally made right by a guy... Thank you for at least hiring the white dude who knew what he was doing. Got back home, was so upset I wasn't even hungry anymore. This was not normal service from this Carl's. I started at 8pm driving to Carl's, got back at 9:30pm with the revised burger. Missed my date night, tried a bite of the burger... Wasn't even the same as what I normally get. I didn't even finish it. I've turned dozens of others onto the $6 burger since it first came out. Something has SERIOUSLY changed at Carl's Jr on Mill Plain. If this is typical of a new menu then I would suggest banning anyone from eating at ANY Carl's ever again. Take your...

Good afternoon to everyone, today I stop at Carl's jr restaurant at 164th Ave, Vancouver wa and want to say I'm very disappointed with this place, I ordered the usual 3 combo #15 in large with 2 famous star and super star , I got my order at the window and drove around to check my order and saw that the fries were small so I when inside and talk to the person call ( Yesella) or something like that and toll me the order was right, but I toll her my order was a large combo including the fries but the fries were small and she said to me that they don't make anymore large fries for the #15 combo that only the soda comes in large. I know she lied to my face because I bought the same order a night before and I got all the combo in large with (fries) too. So this person lie to me with purpose of not rectifying her mistake. I'm very very sorry for the customer and owner because if an employee lie at customer face for something super simple what else can she could do just not for her to do the job RIGHT. A couple months ago, I fell in love with the food here. But then I ordered a chicken quesadilla, And got the WORST food poisoning I had ever experienced. Not even an hour or two later, I was puking all night long. I wasn't even able to hold down a sip of water. To extend the dirty details, I was spewing from both ends...This was extremely recent. I had spent 4 days recovering from that. I was not able to walk without getting dizzy from dehydration because I could not hold down ANY liquids. I can't bring myself to eat there because I'm terrified of the same events reoccurring. But it made me think of all the other people that night in the line behind us who might of fallen to the same fate.. I'm actually sorry I didn't post this sooner.
