This place WAS 5 star for me before my last experience. It's funny how this entitled world of idiots feel they can do wrong by the customers THEN, get snooty about it and flat out refuse to help fix THEIR mistake, that I PAID for, smh. The art of customer service is becoming extinct and replaced by the moronic "don't offend me" crowd of uncaring and selfish people, a cancer of society. M.O.D. (supposedly) even told me to call cooperate and tell them whatever I want. Well sister, guess what I did??? This is a franchise store and the owner had the right to lose all the money he chooses, as long as the Dominoes name is not smeared, the procedures are followed if the corporation and, the franchise makes it's sign payment. Corporate however, CAN take that sign away and it'll just be "Snooty don't offend me pizzaria" NOT dominoes. I also record all calls, just for these very reasons and made corporate aware of this. If the owner won't get rid of these two disrespectful girls and do the right thing, I told corporate that I will walk into the lawyer after another and play my recordings and all for pain and suffering plus they and Dale advertising compensation, instead of just fixing the original problem. I have little life so, I will do this merely to entertain myself but, it will be true and YouTube, Facebook, Instagram are going to get to listen to them also, both the recorded call if offering to fix the problem on my return trip as a truck driver little time AND the call where I was disrespected and told I wasn't going to be helped, feeling me into an unwanted anger that left them with an insult if my own. Moral of the story, don't pee in the wind then while that your wet. P.S. I stopped here fairly often with every California delivery I made too, thought I deserved...
Read moreI will not be ordering from this location ever again! Terrible customer service. Ordered 2 pizzas and ranch online. Not only did I pay for the ranch, but they failed to provide them. So...what do I do?....I call them of course, thinking it would be simple refund of the $2. I wasn't expecting a delivery just for 2 ranches, but the person/manager on the other end said the best they could do is provide us with free ranch next time. Uhm....It's NOT free if I paid for it. I responded with "so you're telling me we have to come back again in order to get our "free" ranch" I asked why I couldn't just get a simple refund for the $2. The POS on the other end starting having an attitude then hung up on me! I'm not a fan of their pizza in the 1st place but I order when I need something fast and cheap. Not much of a loss for me! Read moreI am a loyal Domino's customer, and I have never been so livid. I was on the phone for 30 minutes, on hold, no contact with a live body whatsoever, because the website reported online orders were unavailable at this location. I gave up and drove there, only to be confronted by a slightly darker lobby than usual, but with active ordering and pizza tracker screens, employee inside, and an open sign. Once I masked up and got out of my car, I found the doors locked and the employee yelled they were closed. No sign posted, and it was only 8pm, not close to their posted hours. There is zero excuse for leaving the phone line open when you are closed. It would have been fabulous if the website had given better information to save me the trip and aggravation. I know it's incredibly hot, but some communication skills and common sense would be a much better look for...
