I drive 20+ mins from Portland to go to this shop for every piercing, piece of jewelry, and all advice! (I even DM them on IG and they're so responsive) Mikala and Grey (apprentice at the time) tag teamed my Mantis piercing and my Medusa and both of them turned out beautifulllll! They healed incredibly, the placement is perfect. We did anatomy and talked about how each piercing would affect my quality of life before a needle ever touched my skin.

I've had really negative piercing experiences in the past at other shops In multiple states. This is the first shop that I have gone to where I felt actually considered and guided.

On top of that, Mikala was a great teacher. I felt like she was ready to guide and help grey the entire time & was super encouraging and empowering. Grey was so gentle and really made me feel comfortable while getting Medusa pierced. I would genuinely go to any apprentice Mikala was teaching because there was so much trust and skill!

No one is money grabby or rude. The vibes are awesome, the jewelry is high quality, and the people are so well informed and kind!!! I recommend everyone goes here for their piercings, I am constantly sending people that way! ^.^ I love my piercings!! Thank you for taking care of me...

I chose this place because of the great reviews. I got my tattoo done a little over a month ago and noticed last week that it was a little blotchy and faded. I called asking if they do free touch up’s and if not, that i’d pay full price for one if needed. The lady that answered the phone was full of attitude and asked if I remembered the lady’s name that did my tattoo and I said I couldn’t remember. She was even more rude after that and told me that I would get a call back from who did it and asked for my name, number, etc. I told her that I have no problem paying full price to get a simple touch up. the tattoo is 3 words..I never got a call. I went in there about 5 days later. It was the same girl with the same attitude, and she immediately knew who I was and told me that the girl who did my tattoo was out of town. Not sure why nobody called me to let me know of that. I was told that they could do my touch up that day when I went in there and that they would call me letting me know when they were ready. Never got a call. The girl that did my tattoo originally was nice and I had no issues with her. The rest of the team that i’ve met is rude and doesn’t care about their clients. I would recommend going somewhere else if you ever want a touch up cause you definitely...

Honestly worst experience of my life. I went in today to get my tongue pierced by an apprentice Grey. From the moment of arriving the whole vibe of the place felt off the front desk lady (I’m assuming the owner) just had a sour face and very negative reactions. The whole time the owner is just like standing over Grey and I can visibly see there hands gradually get shaky, from what I take they’ve never done a tongue piercing nor have full knowledge on it as well, once again not Greys fault. But the owner proceeded to have all our time wasted just to tell me my tongue can’t get pierced. And what she tried to explain to me just doesn’t even make medical sense. And instead of telling me that your apprentice seems too nervous or uncomfortable to proceed with this piercing (in that case I fully understand and get it) but you tell me instead I can never get one, just because you don’t want to do it seems pretty unprofessional to me. I think the most upsetting part about this experience is she didn’t even offer to maybe do a different piercing. I get “sorry can’t do it, have...
