Team member (lets call him Mike) at the Salmon Creek location handled a difficult situation and provided a solution that limited the impact on the customers in the lobby. The man that was before me wanted his sandwich replaced that he ordered the day prior. The man started getting belligerent, and Mike explained company policy. In the end, instead of letting the man upset the people working and costumers Mike agreed to replace the sandwich but identical. The man agreed but then later wanted other items on the sandwich. Again, instead of arguing, Mike did the right thing. To help the people working for the company, corporate should post return policies in the store to protect their employees. I know that is Mike was not able to handle the situation, the gentleman behind me and myself were getting ready to escort the man out of the store as his demands were unfounded and he was showing no proof of purchase besides an old baged sandwich that could have been disguarded in a trash near the store. Great job to Mike and I thank him for a...
Read moreSave your time and go to the hazel dell location. We were super excited when a location opened up closer to our home, but ironically it has only cost us more time eating here. Occasionally they get the order right. However oftentimes they are out of the bread you order and you end up waiting, even for a mobile order that we showed up 10 min. after ETA. We've showed up here multiple times just for them to be out of bread other than wheat to find other people who ordered on the app, also standing around waiting for their order. I've had other customers ask me how long I've been waiting or what time I ordered at. They've messed up our order as far as toppings to the point my child wouldn't eat it. Tired of wasting money and more importantly time here. It is faster and more accurate if you just go to the Hazel Dell location. The employees seem happier , and less stressed in Hazel Dell as well. I don't think we'll be back even though it's a more convenient location. Given multiple chances and...
Read moreWe went for the first time because 1) Jersey mikes sandwiches are yum & 2) we had a short window to eat dinner as a family. We bought four meals, including drinks and chips. The sandwiches were good, don’t get me wrong, but I prefer my sandwiches without short black hairs in them. I wasn’t going to say anything but my husband was upset about it and wanted to let the staff know. So he very nicely approached the counter with no other customers around an quietly mentioned it to the staff. Why did the guy literally stand there silently staring back at my husband? No apology, nothing, not a peep. So my husband says, I just wanted to let you know. And as we’re walking away he says did you want a refund? No apology nothing. I said sorry that’s just gross & we walked out. So needless to say, we won’t be back. I was so grossed out I couldn’t touch the sandwich after that, we dumped it in their garbage. I think Jersey Mikes workers should...
