Happy Lemon Vancouver — Restaurant in Vancouver

So glad we finally have a Happy Lemon in town. We stopped in on the second day of their “grand opening” weekend and I was surprised to see it wasn’t that busy. I was also shocked to see that it was all young people running the place. I do need to give them some grace because they just recently opened and are figuring out the kinks and running the business, but I feel the young kids working should be trained better on how to greet and talk to customers. We ordered 2 drinks and a waffle and waited a few minutes at the counter for the young female to take our order. There were 2 other people in the place before us waiting for their drinks and I noticed the counter had several drinks just piling up. The young male who was making the drinks was just placing them on the counter and not calling our order numbers. There were 5-7 drinks at the counter when we were waiting for our drinks. A couple that was in there before us was seated the whole time waiting on their drinks and they finally got up to look at the drinks sitting on the counter and realized it was theirs. The staff definitely needs to work on communication with each other as well as the customers. Drinks were good. Will be back but not any time soon. We’ll wait for them to work out their kinks and...

Understanding that it is brand new…the wait for drinks that were underwhelming was very disappointing. 4 employees who didn’t seem to have the correct training nor speed for a brand new place that is supposed to gain customers not showcase to them that there’s a new place in town not worth coming back to. Drinks were lacking flavor, just tasted like milk, and for $15 dollars we didn’t even finish them. Really disappointing. Also the whole kid in the play pen, and multiple workers taking up tables when you already don’t have the space was kind of crazy. Will stick...

First time visiting Happy Lemon and it did not disappoint! We ordered the bubble waffle, original boba tea (half sweet) and the matcha avocado smoothie (half sweet) both were very delicious and refreshing. The boba pearls were perfectly chewy, and the flavors were well balanced, not overly sweet. This is now one of my favorite bubble tea spots in Vancouver, WA.
