I ordered over the phone and when I went in to pick up my pizza the lobby was empty and there were 4 employees at the pizza station making pizzas another employee washing their hands and a few employees in the back. I walked to the center of the store seeing that most of the employees were busy I thought ok somebody will acknowledge me when they have a second (I was not greeted when I wanted in) I waited 4-5 minutes just standing there being polite in my mind thinking that they needed to finish the task that they were working on. When another customer walked into the establishment he was greeted with a warm welcome and was asked how he could be helped. Keep in mind NO ONE had even acknowledged me at this point. At this point I spoke up and wanted to be acknowledged as a CUSTOMER and one of the employees spoke up and said that I was acting ENTITLED! Since when is it that a CUSTOMER who speaks up for himself to be served as a paying customer to be recognized to be a since of entitlement. Let alone for the entire crew to back up such a rude comment to a customer.    Read moreI went in at ten minutes to nine and have never experienced worse customer service, and from the kid sweeping the floor in back no less. My order was taken without issue. The incredibly rude kid came from the back. Turned the lights off in the lobby with three other customers waiting, and put down his broom before proceeding to make my extra large pepperoni. No gloves no hand washing, which I mentioned, only to be ignored. I have never seen less effort go into any task or with worse attitude. Once he begrudgingly finished my pizza he sort of wrapped it, barely, with a single layer of cellophane. I asked him to wrap it a bit better because I was on a bike. Again only to be ignored. Luckily I didn't have far to go because I had to corral my topping and rewrap my pie with the skimpy insufficient piece of cellophane I was given. After having worked for papa Murphy's in high school, (Cascade Park location) which was an absolutely amazing experience, I know all of this is against company policy. After numerous phone calls and another trip into their store I trying to rectify THEIR Mistake where I was told the manager would Credit my card as soon as they got in, and 4 days shy of a month, NOTHING has been done to rightI their Mistake. my card has not been reimbursed, nor has anyone attempted to reach out to me. This is unacceptable business practice and I'm very disappointed because I'm very stubborn and this store makes me never -want to get a pizza from Papa Murphys anywhere just on principle. granted I don't believe they charged me 2 times on purpose, it still happened And they should WANT to fix it.
