I really wanted to love this place, but here’s my honest experience.
Presso Café has so much potential. It’s clearly popular, cars filled the drive-thru and people were lined up inside waiting for drinks. But despite the crowd, the experience fell short.
I ordered a sandwich, a hot chai latte, and the Dubai Strawberry dessert to go, since I was in a bit of a hurry. The staff were friendly, but they seemed overwhelmed and scattered. Their attention was mostly on the drinks, and I noticed several mistakes happening, especially with drive-thru orders. The system felt chaotic and unorganized.
The biggest surprise was the cost. I paid nearly $35 for everything, and unfortunately, most of it didn’t live up to the price.
The chai latte was warm, not hot, and took longer than expected. It also wasn’t anything special. I wanted to say something, but the staff seemed swamped and I needed to leave.
The sandwich, which cost $12.95, was a huge disappointment. It was described as having fluffy eggs and crispy bacon, but what I got was a microwaved egg and soft, limp bacon. Honestly, it was one of the worst sandwiches I’ve had. It was done quickly, but that’s the only good thing I can say about it.
The one bright spot was the Dubai Strawberry dessert. Rich, indulgent, and beautifully presented—it was hands-down incredible. If I ever go back, it will be for this alone.
Overall, I left feeling disappointed. Maybe it was just a bad day, or maybe this location struggles with organization, but it was an expensive visit that mostly didn’t feel worth it. I’d only return if I felt like treating myself to that amazing strawberry...
Read moreMy visit to Presso was so bad I feel obligated to say something. Right from the start, one of the employees a young woman with brown hair, (I heard someone address her as olga) was so unbelievably rude. She gave me a dirty look the moment I walked in, like I was inconveniencing her just by being there. When I asked a simple question, she called me “hun” in the most sarcastic, snotty tone imaginable. It was clear she had zero interest in providing decent customer service. She walked around like she was too good for everyone else completely entitled, no professionalism, and no respect for customers. It was uncomfortable and frankly, infuriating. As bad as the attitude was, the condition of the place was even worse. When I went to use the restroom, I had a clear view into the back room where they prepare food and it was disgusting. The kitchen area was a total mess!!Clutter everywhere, dirty surfaces, and not even close to food-safe standards. I saw someone handling food with bare hands, no gloves, and no hair covering. The whole area looked neglected and unhygienic. To top it off, flies were buzzing around near the counter not just one or two, but several. It made me seriously question how this place is passing health inspections. Between the rude staff and the filthy kitchen, this was one of the worst café experiences I’ve ever had. I won’t be back, and I’d strongly recommend others think twice before eating or drinking anything...
Read moreI took my boyfriend to try presso for the first time this last Thursday. At first we debated if it would be worth it as the drive thru line was pretty full and there were no parking spots, I think this place may need a bigger location than the current spot. We ended up finding a parking spot down by an auto shop in the lower lot. Once we got inside the place was very cute and quant. We browsed the menu for a few minutes before deciding on the pink dream, the tiramisu latte, and a peppermint hot coco to drink and then a spicy avocado toast and my boyfriend got the mushroom toast. We ordered to eat there however the table selection was limited and we ended up in a corner table, we ended up moving seats less than 5 minutes later due to the noise and kids jumping on furniture next to us. We got the drinks one at a time and then after sipping them for a bit we got our food, both were very good, the bread was a little difficult to cut through but the food was overall the best part of the trip. While the tiramisu latte was amazing it just wasn’t for me, if you like really creamy coffee on the sweeter side I’d definitely recommend this drink, the pink dream was wonderful and probably would be the only one I’d reorder if I went back, the peppermint hot coco was very watery tasting but enjoyable. Overall the staff and experience was incredible and I’m glad we tried presso for the...
