So I'm usually skeptical about going to a fast food place that I don't have much experience with, well now I know exactly why.. I roll up to Arby's at about 9:20 and it takes me a minute to get my order placed, the cashier was nice and patiently waited, and was friendly actually. I then proceeded to the window where my girlfriend decided that she wanted a Jamocha shake, So I didn't mind paying a little extra for the shake, Then after about 8 min of waiting for my food, the cashier tells me to pull up and wait, because they were waiting for the shake mix to, "freeze" Now I have worked in fast food and food before, so I know exactly what is going on. They broke down the shake machine about 45 min. early!!! I sat there, waiting, and waiting. I had to take my girlfriend to work at 10 and I didn't have time to go back inside and get my money back and be reimbursed for my 2 dollars and something shake. That i sat there waiting 20+ min for.. All i know is that I'll never go back here to eat again, because obviously they just want to get out of there early no matter what their shift, and they will minimally prepare your food just to see you leave. I hope you guys enjoyed the shake that I paid for....
Read moreNot only was the staff pleasant, friendly and professional from the moment we walked in to order, but this Arbys staff was over the top! We ordered inside the restaurant and took our food to go, when walking out we noticed we had a flat tire. Arbys was closing but the manager offered to help by letting us know we are allowed to wait inside if we need to wait for help even after closing, and she even called her husband/boyfriend to help in case we could not get the lug nuts loose. Then, to top it all off, an Arbys employee named Dwight Crumb not only checked on us several times to see if we needed help, but he also helped lift the spare tire onto the wheel and helped by placing the flat tire in the back of the truck. He was outstanding, courteous, friendly, sweet, kind, and went above and beyond to help, he even talked to our puppy! Thank you to Dwight, and thank you everyone at Arbys for not just doing your job, but being the person/people who goes the extra mile! And the food was great too! Service was...
Read moreNo customers were here and the place was a sticky mess in the lobby. French fries all over the cooking area and floor. We stood there at the very least 5 mins. And we thought they were closed because we didn't see any employees. I started speaking up saying is there anyone here and a guy peeked around from the back then another guy came out and a third employee dressed more like a manager a woman started moving up front...I really feel this down time should have been used to clean and improve on customer relations.
