The waitresses are not attentive or professional in the least; The "salad" is a few large lettuce leaves with two black olives, two cherry tomatoes and one large green olive, the dressing is very watered-down and served in a little plastic condiment cup; The entree sauces are also very watered-down; Overall the the food is mediocre, small portions and higher prices. WARNING to vegetarians...DoNOT eat here; Even if You state to the waitress that You are a vegetarian and doNOT want to be served any dish with meat in it, You will be served their standard meat sauce in Your dish anyways. They don't apologize for doing this to You when it is brought to their attention either. In addition they do not even ask if there are supposed to be multiple checks for multiple people. They charge all the meals to the first person that goes up to the register to ask for the bill that the waitress never bothers to bring to your table. Let me say this place should be in a better neighborhood! I was staying at a dump of a hotel down the street! The best customer service ever! I called at 8:50. I asked what time they closed, the gentleman said 9. He was nice and said I could pick up if I would like. Not many places will serve that close to closing. After a long drive of 11 hours this place made the night. I loved their pizza! I also got spaghetti, Alfredo, cheese bread and salads! Greek salad is amazing with the right ingredients chick peas, beats and red onions! Highly recommend this place. I want to take them to Arizona! I myself have a pizza place and my kids liked their pizza...

Joe’s Pizza of Vandalia was absolutely amazing! We called ahead and gave them a heads up that we were coming with our track team of 23. When you bring in 23 Jr.high kids most restaurants sigh at the sight but these guys were ready to roll! They were happy to accommodate and didn’t disappoint. Pizzas and breadsticks came out quick, and they were also able to accommodate some of our athlete’s families promptly as well. They also added add ons for the kids who were decided to pay for some extra food items...
