Taco Bell — Restaurant in Venetian Village

I came and picked up an online order with some customizations. They did not read the order and gave it to me incorrect. 4/7 items. More than half. When I went back to get a replacement of what was incorrect, the manager told me she made it herself and it was all correct. Essentially called me a liar. When I pressed that it was wrong and offered to go dig it out of the trash and take pictures, they had me pull up and remade the incorrect parts of order. The girl who came and delivered it was very nice, and specified that they actually read the customizations this time. Meaning the manager called me a liar, when in fact she just messed up my order and didn't want to own up to it. Food was good and I always doordash to this one it'd close to my house I will say I had one bad experience while I was dashing I went into get my dash order and their were 4 teenage employees standing their and said damn she's big and they all laughed shame on you for that cuz this big woman is a very nice woman so food for thought your customers can hear you and you should keep your rude comments to yourself i know I'm big and so does everyone else who is big you should definitely have a meeting on that one other then that the rest of your staff is beautiful and amazing and work hard I love the ladies at night they are so friendly and great workers im proud of the hard and nice workers their and the food is always good when I eat here and it always smells yummy...

Being a Taco Bell super fan, I have been to quite a few Taco Bells in my time. This one however… is by far… the absolute best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. At the very least it’s the best Taco Bell in Chicagoland. I mean that. The food is made with love here. You know what I mean. Orders are never messed up, the tacos are piled high neatly with ingredients, crunch wraps are stuffed, and the burritos are rolled neatly and tightly and grilled to perfection. It’s the kind of food you always hope for when you go to a Taco Bell but don’t often receive. Taco Bell employees are often pleasant and friendly and these employees are no exception.
