I gave one star for atmosphere because the morale in the store is miserable. I e spoken with not one but numerous staff members who have stated that the manager Pamie treats the staff awful. Matt should be the manager because anytime you go in there while he's working the staff is productive and happy to be there. I never saw what an awful manager Pamie was until tonight.it was around 6pm when I went to get my evening coffee with a few other items when this happened. I need to vent and let others know how the manager (Pamie) of Wawa treats customers. So tonight I got my items and was about to leave. While standing near the counter looking at the bus schedule on my phone I overheard the manager(Pamie) telling Michelle that I needed to leave the store. I replied, I'm leaving as soon as I'm finished looking at the bus schedule. The manager Pamie told Michelle that I needed to leave now or she would be calling the police on me. Numerous orders were made and picked up while I and another person (#949) waited. Someone did the same thing to his order as well. The supervisor John made my order and offered a sad ā sorry for the waitā comment. To top it off, he didnāt make it right! My order should have been comped due to business error. The store is known for messing up orders; the supervisor has the deli crew make rushed drops due to food missing from delivery orders. I suggest you go to a different store...
