Wawa — Restaurant in Ventnor City

I gave one star for atmosphere because the morale in the store is miserable. I e spoken with not one but numerous staff members who have stated that the manager Pamie treats the staff awful. Matt should be the manager because anytime you go in there while he's working the staff is productive and happy to be there. I never saw what an awful manager Pamie was until tonight.it was around 6pm when I went to get my evening coffee with a few other items when this happened. I need to vent and let others know how the manager (Pamie) of Wawa treats customers. So tonight I got my items and was about to leave. While standing near the counter looking at the bus schedule on my phone I overheard the manager(Pamie) telling Michelle that I needed to leave the store. I replied, I'm leaving as soon as I'm finished looking at the bus schedule. The manager Pamie told Michelle that I needed to leave now or she would be calling the police on me. I'm honestly at a lost for words as I didn't do anything to receive such harsh treatment. I was a patron🤬😡 I'm not sure who to report this to legally but I will be taking...

Incompetent deli crew that made me wait at least 30 minutes for my order because an employee marked it as made without it actually being made! Numerous orders were made and picked up while I and another person (#949) waited. Someone did the same thing to his order as well. The supervisor John made my order and offered a sad “ sorry for the wait” comment. To top it off, he didn’t make it right! My order should have been comped due to business error. The store is known for messing up orders; the supervisor has the deli crew make rushed drops due to food missing from delivery orders. I suggest you go to a different store...

Be prepared for disappointment when you place an order thru their app.. they never get it right.. if you order any type of milkshake or special drink that they make in-house, 95% of the time you will not get it.. the driver blames the store , the store blames the driver .. In my opinion, it’s the stores responsibility to make sure the doordash driver has everything.. they are constantly missing items in your delivery as well .. if you actually get everything you order, consider yourself lucky because they are constantly missing items .. it is a constant problem at...
