Humiliating experience!
Well, I didn't realize the Dominos on Petit didn't take $100 bills to pay for orders until tonight when I tried.
My order was appx $13 and all I had was a $100. The cashier didn't know until someone (?manager?) told him no we don't take them due to "security concerns". Huh? You won't take my cash due to "security concerns"? (Remember I was at the store). So I gave them my card and asked, how would I have known that? Is it posted somewhere - written somewhere that they don't take $100's?
What if I didn't have anything else?
Then one attendant behind the counter looked at me with a "duh" expression on his face and said in a voice to match the face "um like $80 change maybe?" Then yelled to whoever and in a sarcastic tone said, "hey we need a sign that says we don't take $100's". I mean - why - why did this guy feel it necessary to ridicule me and make me feel horrible. Why?
At that point I was so humiliated I tore up the receipt and said forget it. I don't need to be treated this way. I took my kids who by this point were pretty upset over the whole thing and we left with them crying the whole way out to the car.
Humiliated doesn't even cover the range of emotions I feel after being treated that way. After patronizing that location for as long as it has been there and always tipping their drivers well.
Never again. Never never again. In fact I will never patronize...

I ordered online around 9:25pm, it is now 10:37pm and I am still waiting. I ordered ONE pizza and nothing else. The estimated wait when I ordered was 16 to 26 minutes. My house is very close to this location.
I kept an eye on the online tracker. At about 9:50pm it stopped working. I called the store and spoke to Neyda. She had an attitude, and misgendered me. Best not to assume someone's gender on the phone. She said that they were very busy but that the pizza was on its way already. Last I saw on the tracker the order was finished.
I rechecked the tracker after I hung up and it had reset. According to the tracker now, my order went out at 10:24pm. It is 10:40 and I haven't received it. It would seem there was a reason the store had to remake my order. I called again, Neyda had more of an attitude and insisted that the pizza was on its way.

So for the first few months of quarantine the delivery drivers have been leaving the pizza on my door step and ringing the bell and leaving. Great! BUT...the last 3 orders I have placed in the last 3 weeks, this older female employee who delivers refuses to just leave it at the door and she continues to stand at the door until you come and open it. She calls my phone when I don't come to the door, she does not understand contactless delivery. Also she crams all my pizzas into her bag and they are always crushed when she pulls them out. There was also one male employee that delivered last week and he too stood at the door and did not do contactless delivery. A bit disappointing. Their ordering site even makes you acknowledge that they do...
