Been going here since I was a kid. This place is warm and cozy, food is great, service very attentive and warm. It feels nice spending money with a local business. 10/10
Edit: The above was my review from many years ago. This place has single-handedly made me lose hope for decent working zoomers. They give my zoomer brother a bad rep by being the exact definition of how the other generations majorly look at them. Lazy, lackadaisical, unaware, don't know when to take things serious (like a job), have no pride in anything that they do. The tldr in my situation is; Mobile order made it in my spot punched in my number. Waited for 25 minutes and then ended up going inside. Watched two other people being there for the exact same reason. The lady that finally helped us only came to greet us after one of the people waiting spoke loudly to get her attention- we all chimed in when we explained our issue and lady went and fixed the person that got her attentions order. And then never came back. Me and the other person waiting had to flag someone down, my order and the other guy's order was just sitting there on the counter getting cold. I get home. I'm about to eat everything and the order is completely wrong. I'm missing an item mods and items weren't reflected. I could overlook all of that if they were busy but they were not.
I'm the kind of guy that only calls corporate to give accolades cuz I'm I've always known that very seldom do corporate offices get calls representing thanks. Sadly this experience will change that character trait about me.
This place used to be rocking, and I remember calling the corporate office and giving thanks to a manager on duty. Just for how nice and awesome the place was. She later got a promotion, became a regional manager, maybe they'll call her back to whoop these kids into shape or...
Read moreI live right down the road from this location and there is no way that all these 5 stars reviews are real. The food is always cold and old. You can tell it's been sitting all day. I've never once gotten fresh hot food from here, it's just always dry heat lamp fries that have been sitting for who knows how long.
Also the new Chicken Strip things are horrible. It's like just the tendons of the meat and no actual meat. Somehow every piece I got i n my 4pc was skinny, fully of tendons and no barely any meat. Confusing. Just bring back the Chicken Selects already, you can't even make the snack wraps with these piddly little things anyhow. Nobody wants these little gross strips of weird meat, give us chicken selects back in their true, juicy, fully strip of clean white chicken meat glory. It's actually triggering y'all can't figure out to stop trying to rework your chicken strips, you already had chicken selects.. just bring them back.
Also editing to add, I truly think this location violates health code because there is no way the meat they serve is being kept to standard. It's visibly OLD. Like, what I would expect a mcdonalds hamburger I left sitting out all night to be like. Also they DO NOT FULLY COOK the NUGGETS. Idk if the people who work there know this or not, but McDonalds nuggets might be frozen, but they're RAW inside. It's not frozen cooked food you're reheating, you have to COOK it until it's done and not raw. You can't pull the chicken nuggets out early. You WILL make...
Read moreThe website store hours state they close at 1am. It closes at 12:00am and cones are placed to block the driveway before 11:45pm.
I was there for a delivery pickup & there was no way to enter their establishment by car at 11:45pm. I drove around McDonald’s twice before deciding to stop my car partially in the street & into their driveway to move the cones over. I enter the parking area to the drive thru to the intercom. I let the employee know I was there for delivery pickup. The employee asked for the delivery code, it’s 11:50pm there are no cars in the drive thru, they are closing in 10minutes & the driveway is blocked. I looked frantic for it but couldn’t find the code at first, he repeated himself. I said I heard him, I asked for him to wait a minute so I could find it. I gave him the code pulled to the window & let him know my experience. He then said I shouldn’t be so rude….
Hmm.. shouldn’t the employee be empathic to a customer?? I have worked frontline customer service for 20+ years & noway would my employees nor myself say that to a customer ever!!
I am very disappointed with the employe’s lack of customer service, compassion & empathy. There was no reason for him to say anything like that to a customer!! If you can’t say anything nice then don’t say...
