What a disaster. I have worked kitchens and restaurants and know how hectic things can get. But this is not the case and unacceptable. We went out to enjoy a nice night with our neighbors to eat and bowl and we did neither.
We arrived here about 6:30ish. Placed our orders about 15 minutes later. Then we waited.. and waited… and waited..
I watched kitchen staff walk out into the dining area for a casual stroll. All while we waited. We received little feedback from our server. They cared more about to go door dash orders than people actually sitting and waiting for food.
Finally we got up at 8:15pm and left the bowling alley. Didn’t bowl because we were all hungry and went somewhere else for food.
Advice to management. You need to take care of your staffing issue. Having food means nothing if you cannot serve it. This was my second terrible experience here and this was my second “I’ll give it another shot”. After paying 15$ for literally 4 wings the first time. Also the server said it was weighed which I do not believe..I will never be back and would not recommend anyone come...
Read moreI don't know how this place has as good of reviews as it does, because it was my first time here, and I couldn't have been treated worse. We got there at 6:20. The kitchen we open and the restaurant section was 1/2 full when we got there. We ordered 7 appetizers off rip. We were a party of 11. We got our apps at 7pm and didn't get to order till 7:20. Then the kitchen proceed to sever out doordash orders and the last 2 tables of people left at the restaurant before even addressing our ticket. We didn't get all of the food to the table until 9:00. We didn't finish our meals until 9:30. The only blessing was they comped our meal after literally screaming at my dad infront of everyone that "if we could see the kitchen we wouldn't be complaining right now" I could not BELIEVE how we were treated. Supposedly the manager was trying to be contacted all night and wasn't responding. Idk how this place is open. If they couldn't feed us, they could have said something. But they let us order and then let to food trickle out of the kitchen in small waves. No one got to eat together, it was a...
Read moreFood was good. Our Kentucky cobra was missing tomato and feta…We ordered garlic cheese sticks (cheesy breadsticks) and the bartender and us apparently had miscommunication and we got mozzarella sticks. Which, understandable, but When they came we said “that’s not ours?” And as my boyfriend followed back to the bar to make sure our order was correct we hear the bartender saying “well that’s what they ordered so that’s what they get!” We could hear you…. And you’re rude. There was a miscommunication and you didn’t have to be a jerk about it. So we ended up with cold mozzarella sticks… Also the area is LOUD, so it could be very easy to miscommunicate. I’m a manager at a restaurant and the way this was handled could have been much different.
& (i think?) There was a Jesus related band playing too, which was a weird vibe for a bowling alley or bar 😅
EDIT: owner reached out and made it right, which we...
