Oooooooo Boy😊,mrs.emily that works the night shift in which I had the pledger of meeting her about 3 and 1/2 weeks ago on the afternoon shift in which she was covering for someone else👍👍👍she was phenomenal with the performance of serving me in my other 2 guess which was on a Tuesday I couldn't recommend anyone better than Mrs.Emily 💃💃💃💃,after my first visit I and my sister went back on a wenday in which Mrs.kim had the pledger in servings us after I ask for Miss.Emily,because of her Pleasant in welcoming spirit which brought me back again,,,she then stated that Emily was on vacation in that she will give me the same performance that Miss.Emily gave us after all she stated that she was the one that train Miss.Emily,,,I really was happy to hear that in "YES" miss.kim was outstanding,plus there manager as well she went beyond in making sure that I was well taking care of,,,,I take my hat Offfffffff to you all... We were there on March 22nd, and it was the day before my daughters birthday. The staff not only were they excellent and attentive but they went above and beyond. alot of places don't sing anymore. but our server pulled it off and got other staff to join and brought out a candle on ice cream, they sing to our 9 year old, and it made her feel beyond special and so happy she couldn't stop talking about it afterwards, I wish I caught his name, he was seriously a excellent server, he was very patient with our kids. the lobby staff also was excellent, we had a little bit of a wait and the staff talked to our kids about the lobsters in the tank and showed them, and explained the different sizes. the Girls were beyond tickled.

Very good service! wish I could give 10 stars. the food was also excellent. exactly what you would expect when going to red lobster. came out hot and cooked perfectly. my husband actually used to be a cook for red lobster so he tends to be critical and he was pleased and didn't have a single negative thing to say.

seriously can't say enough about our experience on that night and how greatful we are they added to our daughters birthday to make it so special when they didn't have to. Very amazing staff, you just don't see that much in restaurants anymore. So...
