It's the last full service Tim's you'll encounter going with on I-79. Being a fool Tim's, you get the freshest items since they are made in store. This is the second time we've stopped here, as we always look for Tim Hortons since there are none in the Baltimore area. We ordered six donuts for only $5 plus a 40 count Tim bits (donut holes). The sinus were all one price, even though we got fancier ones like the Oreo donut. As we ordered, my five year old asked for a cawler, and the cashier made sure she knew it was a bit denser and eggier, rather than just giving it to us to find out the hard way. All six tasted great. We liked the tried two new ones, Oreo and gingerbread. We enjoyed both, but particularly the gingerbread. For the standby maple dip and chocolate glazed, plus sprinkles. We were only sad we only got six. There 40 count we nursed so we could still have some in Baltimore. Again gingerbread was the best, but buddy l birthday cake is also waits awesome. We also got chocolate and goaded which were good as always. Since they were so fresh, they still tastes good three days later. Highly recommended this Tim's. Love that it's not in a gas station and has its own seating. It also has a nice large parking lot...
Read moreI can’t, in good conscience, give this Tim Hortons location more than 2 star. It’s astonishing how consistently they mess up a simple coffee order. I asked for a basic “1 and 1” (one cream, one sugar), and somehow ended up with what can only be described as a cup of warm, coffee-flavored milk. What’s happening here? I’m genuinely scared to find out what a “2 and 2” entails—or worse, a “3 and 3.” Are they just handing out pints of milk at this point?
To be fair, the staff are relatively nice, but they clearly need some help. Maybe a color chart on the wall to show what coffee is supposed to look like at each level of cream and sugar? Something’s gotta give, because this level of confusion over coffee is unacceptable.
And the fact that this happens at another coffee chain makes me wonder if it’s a geographical obsession with milk. Do people in this area just prefer their coffee drowned in dairy?
If you’re after a coffee that’s actually made to order, you might want to look elsewhere. At least you’ll know what...
Read moreNo decaf? We ordered pick up and if we hadn't opened it in the car we would've gotten home and discovered no donuts!!!! We ordered 2 coconut cream and 1 Boston creme. They were out of the coconut, which was a featured item btw!, and so this place decided to give us no donuts at all and NOT SAY A WORD! Sealed the bag and just handed to my bf.
He went back in and got three Boston cream which we would have happily taken instead but we weren't even asked.
The breakfast sandwiches were delicious. The donuts were ok but could've been filled better. The hot chocolate was good as well.
The low rating is for the customer service.
We weren't driving door dash but dashers are supposed to communicate with customers when an item is unavailable in case they want a replacement. They can't do that if you seal the bag and don't say anything. And people often blame the Dasher.
If we hadn't been getting breakfast before work we would've gotten all the way home before discovering we didn't get the donuts.
Seriously Tim...
