I went in on 7:47pm on Friday night and found that the store was clean and neat. Everything was very organized and the shelves looked great. I actually went in looking for specific items in which they did have but did not have price tags on them. I worked in retail for many years and pricing is one of the more important aspects of a store. I'll give you a for instance I looked at was a farm jack and it was all the way in the back of the store. I found that there was no price tag on it so I took a picture of the barcode to get a price because it's big bulky heavy and I didn't want to carry it and if it was more than I was thinking I wouldn't have bought it. I turned the aisle and found and 11 inch drop made by Reese and it had extremely good quality and was not built to be lightweight. It was definitely built for heavy duty use. This product, which would of helped me as I only have an eighth in and my truck is too high was not priced either. That was two items that I was in need of and neither had pricing on them. Of course I looked all over for the pricing because with a new store you would figure every single item has its own place as well as a place for the price tag for that product. I took a picture of that bar code as well I went to the front with a couple small items, actually candy and on the counter was a special on PB Blaster for just $3.50. I joked with the cashier because it didn't come with the straw on it however it did have the holder on the cap for the straw. I then asked for pricing for the items that I had taken pictures of the barcodes that would be the Jack and the 11 in reese hitch drop. She told me the pricing and it was actually good pricing but unfortunately being late in the day my leg was hurting bad and I have been limping from the moment I walked in the door and I even mentioned I said oh well I can't make it walking all the way back there all over again to go get it so I guess I'll just get it at another time. These stores are so huge, especially when your still healing from having over a dozen bones broke in your foot and leg. I will say, the cashier was very friendly but me saying that I couldn't make it back there to get it was a cue for a store rep to jump in and do something extraordinary, even if someone else had to be paged to do so. I did save about $100 lot of money though cause I found on Saturday that one neighbor has the farm jack I need and he showed me where he keeps it and I can go without the 11in. drop hitch as I have an 8in. already and I am used to using that anyway. Overall for someone that wasn't a Store Manager for multiple locations with different retailers you should be looking for these things as well and report them. The best customer is one whom complains or points out situations because the employees and management see this stuff on a daily but miss it as their mind is on other things and you reporting is what makes a business better. It gives them the opportunity to correct the situation so no other customers walk out without what they went there for only to find a neighbor that has it. While I can only go 3 stars out of five, the place is actually a...
Read moreHorrible place to work do not recommend.Managers harass employees and it is the furthest thing from a family friendly environment. My privacy was invaded as an employee at this location, and I understand that there are new managers now,and I wish all new employees and managers the best, when I worked at this establishment the store needed help and I mean help, the managers didn’t take responsibility for getting there employees paper work done, and harassed their employees daily. Managers and to phrase it nicely seasoned employees tried to get personal info of employees. My old manager showed up at my current workplace and entered the employee only area to try and find me, and don’t know how they know where exactly I have worked after working at this establishment. I feel like I am being stalked and it’s crazy, you would never think a little hideous green farm store could be full of so much bullshit! This establishment should be reviewed by law enforcement for the way they behave around children...
